We have had our taxes prepared by companies large and small for more than 20 years. Never have we been more disappointed in the lack of care, detail or follow-up. It has now been 7 months since we filed our taxes and have not received our refunds, due to errors Pitzl and Pitzl made when preparing our documents. John Pitzl is quick to have his staff handle problems and did not reach out once to offer an apology or work with us to fix the problem. No emails, phone calls or messages from him. We expected much for the high price. The staff working there were helpful after numerous emails and phone calls, but just enough to get us off their case. Extremely disappointing.
