My family has been going to this pumpkin patch for over 30 years. The set up is delightful for the kids and staff charming. Yesterday I brought my daughter and two nephews. For sixty dollars we went down two tall slides, one large blow up course to climb, bounce, slide onto their petting zoo with baby goats adult ducks, baby pig, and a few rabbits that hide in their cages. We went in two rides a pumpkin tea cup that spins around and swings. I feel this pumpkin patch does a great job for the families in this area. Unfortunately, I feel a kid picked up my nephews IPAD and a parent walked away with it. Wouid you please return my five-year-old nephews IPAD to management. He was so upset. This is for the Christmas tree lot. There isn't a yelp page for that but it's all the same owner. They are so over priced here and they charge you more than the height of your tree. So our tree was only 6feet and it cost us $85. And they even said "oh we charged you less than we were supposed to because it was supposed to be for a 7 footer". I was like "ummm, no, I saw you measure it and it was under 6 feet". They obviously assume people are dumb and won't notice. They also have these hick people in a trailer yelling at all the people that work there to charge more while they sit outside of their trailer smoking cigarettes. Really classy. Must be the only time of year they make any money. Some kid named Scott helped us and he was nice and wrapped the tree to our car but of course we get home and he drilled the hole not in the center of the base so our tree won't stand straight up. My husband has been trying to fix it for an hour and we are pretty screwed. Really glad I paid $85 plus a tip for this kid to complete screw up our tree. We have absolutely no clue how to even fix it. We tried to drill it ourself to make it better and nothing works. We are about ready to go back and demand they fix it or ask for our money back. Yesterday I went to Stu Millers Pumpkin Patch that was bought out. My family has always enjoyed coming here because it's small and a nice set up. I will share what I spent since inflation is kicking all our butts. I spent sixty dollars for 3 kids. The kids enjoyed two large tall slides, one long course to climb tbrough, a tea cup, swings, petting zoo and three cups of food for the animals for one dollar you buy where you buy your same tickets for rides. I will share that the goats do get full and sleepy by 3pm so I'd come between 11am to 12:30 to feed the animals or 5. Also my nephews IPAD got picked up so if a parent found an IPAD yesterday here will you turn it into management? Thanks. The staff is super friendly. I went there for a birthday party and it was so horrible!!! The manager or whoever he was made a big scene in front of everyone and started telling everyone to leave. It was so bad and as a customer that came for the first time, it will also be the lay time. I felt very unwelcome at this place. Wow. Came here for a birthday party. The managers were so disgusting. This place should hire people that are more family friendly and just friendly in general. This was my first time here and I would never host a party for my nephew or even bring him here any other day. They should be ashamed of themselves. Don't come here. Very dissapointed. Took my pregnant wife and child here to have a good time, bought tickets and gave to an attendant who let us on a ride. While hyping up my daughter for fun waiting for her, another attendant comes up rudely and aggressively telling me off in front of everyone as he wrongfully decided I let myself in. Realized his error, and instead of an actual apology for embarrassing me in front of my family and strangers this jackass says "oh I did nothing wrong, its the other attendants fault for leaving you." Politely pull the manager Barbara to the side to discuss this encounter, so they dont behave like this in the future -- simple apology? Nope, has the audacity to tell me "well he apologized to you," staring at me and just smugly saying "ok" as I explain the problem with this behavior. As Im walking away dissapointed by the absolute failure to offer basic courtesy to a patron they obviously did wrong by, offers me a half ass "do you want some more tickets or something?" No thanks, keep your smug, trashy attitude and learn how to treat people like human beings. Ill visit the local prison if I want to be treated like an inmate. Something tells me had the color of my skin been different I may not have been treated like a lesser being. Won't be back. read more

Have gone here for 5 years with my children's preschool classes... and have always left with super happy kids, had a great time, and great pumpkins. With no kids in preschool this year... my kids begged me to take them back. Again - another great time. (my kids are 5, 7, and 9). read more

ZERO stars. Incredibly mean, money grubbing DISHONEST staff. Short-changed my six-year-old four dollars on a $10 bill when he was buying six tickets to play a game, haggard and nasty manager shouted "no refunds!" and kicked us out. ZERO STARS!!!! (And May I say I NEVER POST) I have loved this pumpkin patch every year. AND THEN.... Here my daughter she so excited and I asked them how much are they rides and bungee they say the bungee is 10 but everything else is 1-3 tickets so I buy 20 tickets. I go over to the bungee and the guy says no you need a special ticket I said well she just told me was 10 tickets. So I walked back over they say no you have to buy a special ticket for the bungee which is $10. Mind you I've already spent $20 on the 20 tickets I originally purchased. I said oh well then I don't need these tickets I just need one bungee and 10 other tickets. Sorry no exchanges no refunds. from the beginning of the interaction to walking over to the bungee had been one and a half minutes and a woman starts attacking me saying I heard her say that there was a special ticket. I said well I don't want this I want one bungee ticket. Again they say ,no sorry there's posted signs everywhere no exchanges no refunds. Wow way to keep the customer happy. Got mom shamed by the owner Brandy today. Yes, she assumed I was indifferent when one of my identical twins told me she got scratched. I said I'm sorry you got hurt. My other twin ( dressed in a different color)disregarded my instruction and caused the wheelbarrow to turn over, unhurt, and I told her "that's why i asked to leave it alone". She proceeds to reward her with a free ghost pumpkin and a "dont be afraid to jump in". Other wise the place is very nice. read more

This place is awful. Every year I go and every year I kick myself for going. It is run by the most money hungry, greedy, stingy business owners imaginable. I was there for 30 mins with my kids and we blew through $80 in no time. The rides look like they are about to fall apart and cost $3-5 for a 1 minute ride. The bungee is a huge rip off at $10 per person. The obstacle course (which takes 15 seconds to complete) costs $3. Everything is just so flipping expensive there. And you can tell the employees have been taught not to cut any deals or give any extras. We paid $7 I think to "play games" and the poor employee felt so bad telling us we couldn't take another swing at the "High Striker" game (the one with the mallet and the bell) after the 5 year old we were with barely got the weight off the ground on his first swing. We let him take another turn anyway but you could tell she was so afraid of getting in trouble. She knew it was disgusting though that the rules were supposed to be that everyone across the board get one swing- whether you're 5 or 55 years old. This place is a joke. Next year I'll try to remember how infuriating this place is and not come back. Shame on you Stu Miller for letting greed get the best of you. read more

I am surprised at the negative reviews. I brought my kids here for pumpkin/amusement park entertainment time for 3-4 years and it was a convenient go to place for Halloween festivities. I believe the owners provide an important community service and I can appreciate that it must be difficult to cover their overhead costs and bring in customers with the negative reviews but am sure there are many other happy customers like myself that don't typically write reviews. I felt it important to do so in this instance as I certainly would like the business to continue to provide their fun filled services. read more

What was to be a happy and exciting day ended in me being threatened that they would call the cops on me just for complaining about their horrible management. I had reserved my sons 2nd birthday party there. I had come three days prior to discuss the plans and set up. I met the manager Shaun ( who I thought was amazing at the time) he showed me the place where I would be setting up for the party. We discussed the best place for the tables to be so they wouldn't be in the sun at the time of the party. We also discussed not paying upfront ( his idea by the way) because I wasn't sure how many kids would be using the wrist bands and didn't want to pay extra for babies or kids that didn't want to participate. I thought it was so nice and I was excited that this was going to go smooth and stress free. He even gave me his personal number and said to text him an hour before I come so he could arrange the tables and rope off the area like we discussed. I did so. Well I get there non of the tables were where we discussed and nothing was roped off. I did not complain I just moved the tables my self with no help from the staff. Proceeded to decorate and set up 30 minutes go by my guest start showing up.i did not have wristbands to give the guest so I asked my husband to go get them from the front. We were not greeted by the way. They turned him away and said they won't give him anything until we pay. Uuhhh .... I said nooo I I would like to speak to Shaun. Shaun came over with an attitude and was reluctant to give me the wrist bands. He had mentioned that we indeed did not pay, I said I know that's what we discussed. I was confused. Then an hour goes by and he come to tell me I have 5 minutes to do the cake and get my guest out. What? How am I supposed to do that I have over 40 people here. He proceeded to tell me that it's only and hour and half party time and there is another party waiting to set up. I was unaware there was another party or that it was only an hour and half party time. I was stressed I had to tell everyone to stop playing stop having fun. I had to rush through the cake time, my guest were not even done eating. I spent weeks preparing for this party all to be thrown out because management was irresponsible and couldn't do there job. They didn't give my guest their party favors intime so after everyone left they gave them to me. They were supposed to get a bottle of water,pumpkin, coloring book and a pencil. as we were finishing I went to go say something to them about how they handle their paying customers! They were extremely rude and acted like everything was my fault. In the end they got $300 for an hour. They never gave my the water bottles or pumpkins ( well actually she said I could have the pumpkins if I go pick them myself) what the hell am I gonna do with 26 pumpkins. Shaun told me to never come back and threatened to call the cops on me because I demanded a refund for the bad service and demeaning behavior. Instead of going home and opening presents with my son and being happy about a successful party. I had to rush my Guest out, they didn't get a parting gift and I had to throw my hard work and money in the trash. I will never go to this pumpkin patch or have a party there ever again. Please be aware that they are unprofessional and do not care about their customers. Shaun argued with me about everything. Managers are supposed to defuse the situation not make them worse. My family brought 5 kids the other day. It was a weekday- fall break! Seemed like time for fun without the weekend crowds! WRONG! In reality they run with MINIMAL STAFF during the week, so children are not guided correctly and parents advised of what and where. (Confusing place). We had 3 adults and one of the kids was a very responsible older child, but WE didn't know the "rules" and suddenly we were doing everything wrong! And if you try to talk to the bearded manager guy, you can't get a word in edgewise. I was trying to try to discuss the misunderstanding, in hopes of getting a dialogue going, but he never shut up. He was right, we were wrong. And I made the mistake of commenting it was good my son wasn't there and suddenly I was threatening him!! This is the dude who took over to talk to 2 women rather than us talk with his wife who was involved in original incident. He was trying to do the male superior thing. All I can say is go at your own risk. OVER-PRICED, and I worry about the safety... the manager guy admitted they have mostly 16 year olds "running" things. Don't go to this place unless you want to be treated with disrespect and absolute rudeness by the staff and management. We had an agreement with the management for them to provide tables, pumpkins and gift bags for a birthday party. They over promised and under delivered. They did not set up the tables as promised. Spoke rudely to paying guests, insulted them and literally snatched their children from the jumpy rides. Go somewhere else. read more
