I waited for my appointment, which was at 8:30 am... Met Stu and his two workers. Walked around, talled about what he was gonna do... Said she would be sparkling when I got home. I paid him cash, plus tipped them before I left as well. Promised me they'd do a good job. I left for work, Stu sent me a picture said she was clean and detailed. Rough day at the office, left early... Came home to a dirty trailer. I was absolutely shocked at how much they missed/completely forgot to do. So I called, and had them come back over and finish the job they didnt feel necessary to do the first time. So much was missed Im not even going to mention all of it. Absolutely shocking what he considered "detailed " to be. And although he handed out business cards around to my neighbors, they saw and heard the real story. I REALLY wanted to give this guy a higher rating because he was SO nice on the phone. He came highly recommended and his price beat out every one else I received an estimate from. We booked the detailing out 2 weeks because he was so busy. Which I thought to be a good sign. On the day scheduled I received a text an hour before he was to arrive, saying he was finishing a detail then he would be heading my way. Awesome! I thought it meant he was going to be early and text him back I was happy to get things going earlier. So I rushed all my morning duties to be prepared. When he was 20 minutes late for the original scheduled time, I text him to let him know I was putting the baby down for a nap just in case I didn't come to the door right away. When he was an hour late I asked for an ETA and gave him the option of canceling because I was on a schedule. I was more than polite. When he finally answered he informed me he had actually been to a doctor appointment with his son. Why he didn't state this information before instead of telling me he was finishing another job?? He said that he would be on his way directly. He showed up 2 hours late. He was very friendly, apologized and said they were very behind schedule. So. I just let them get to work (his helper was very friendly as well) My vehicle was not in horrible shape. I had just purchased it and they had kind of cleaned it out when bought it. I just really wanted to have to SPOTLESS before the arrival of my baby. So when it only took him an hour to clean I wasn't too alarmed. It looked good at first glance. And he did tell me if I came across anything to call him. It wasn't until I reloaded the car seat that I noticed grime, dirt and gunk still in crevices (where the seat belts sit, along the edges of where the door closes etc) When I sat in the drivers seat I put my arm on the rest and it was slippery, slimy from cleaner?? And realized that was how the entire front was. Even little puddles of cleaner in the cup holders. I could assume my own fault because I didn't point it out before but there were spots on the roof (tiny mud clumps from the previous owner) but I just assumed this would be something they would take care of. When I think of car detailing service, I think of a service that has a higher attention to detail than normal....meaning spotless. Especially when you fork out $125 for a interior only clean. Although these gentlemen were very nice people the job they did was rushed and half hearted. Which bums me out immensely because $125 for my family is a great deal of money. We had both a 30' rv washed and waxed and my older 4 runner detailed. Stu is a very nice guy, but as I started checking on the job being done, i noticed areas that were half cleaned, fender wells and bumper not detailed completely areas half detailed, so it was pretty obvious it was rushed, the rugs were not throughly vacuumed or washed as he said they would be, as residue fell out as I shook them. He kept telling me " oh that's what I'm doing, going behind my guys and getting all the touch up done. Well, it made me wonder, what if I hadn't pointed out areas that needed a re-do, would they really have been noticed by him? And also, maybe a rag with cleaner in it was left on the passenger seat, not the rag, but the residue from it, so I had to wash the seat myself and in doing so I realized that seats had not been vacuumed or cleaned either as the cloth I was using to clean the seat was pretty dirty afterwards and I keep my car very clean, even his crew couldn't get over how clean and perfect my car was. The wash and wax was a good one, but the detail work was for the birds, just be aware. read more

He has done our cars, our trucks, and our 40 ft diesel pusher. He has always done an amazing job. Always prompt, his helpers are great. When he finished a full detal on our 2002 Motorhome, it looked like it was new. I had to send a photo of our motorhome to stay in an RV park. It is a 2002, when I got the approval after the detail, they thought it was brand new. Stu is great. Gets a 5 sytar rating and a big thumbs up. read more
