They told me I owed a bill for my son but couldn't ever pull it up or explain what it was for. I scheduled three separate appointments, and every single time, when I showed up, they told me his cleaning couldn't be done because of that same mystery balance the one they couldn't even find in their system. Each time, I asked to speak with a supervisor or have someone call me back to clear it up. I was told someone would reach out, but no one ever did. Meanwhile, their automated machine still calls and texts me saying my son is due for a cleaning. I've wasted enough time driving there for canceled appointments and getting nowhere. If this is how they handle billing and patient care, I'll gladly take my business somewhere more professional.

My son used to be terrified of going to the dentist but since we have switched to Lavoie Pediatric Dentistry he is no longer scared. Carin is FANTASTIC and did his cleaning today. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us some tips on how to maintain good oral health at the same time making us feel like we were talking to an old friend. She also made my son feel good about himself . He was smiling the whole time. Dr Lavoie is also wonderful. He talks to us in ways that we understand which makes me feel comfortable. He is absolutely amazing at his work. He is perfectionist. It takes a little while to get comfortable with his accent, although the supportive staff always do a fab job in making you comfortable. I got two front teeth implants done with him and it was a perfectly done. Its been 2 years since i got the implants and they are holding up so well. People dont even notice that i have had implants. And he said that I needed to have tons of dental work done for my own good even though they were not giving me any problem. He touched every corner of my teeth. He removed all the previously treated filling and replaced it with new fillings. The teeth felt sharp and it hurt for a long time after the procedure. He wanted to sell me very expensive mouth guard. Cash money of almost $800. After some appointment mishaps, he was very angry with me. Said a lot of inappropriate and personal things to me while he had his sharp dental instruments in his hand and me in the chair, "are you gonna buy the dental guard now or your gonna continue to procrastinate?" Don't go to this guy. He will fix what's not broken to take your money. And he will turn on you when he realize you are not the best cash cow in his spa like decor all so nice dental office.
