This is a great place to go if you enjoy dealing with a completely incompetent office staff who are incapable of satisfying the requirements of the pharmacy in order to get your prescription filled. I called the office three times last week and each time they said they would get it taken care of. I just called the pharmacy and they still do not have the preauthorization from the doctor's office. I have waited almost 2 weeks after having my procedure done to write a review because I wanted to see how I felt. First let me tell you that Dr Feldman's office staff is top notch and he treats them as if they were gold... which they are. I was an "add-on" for the day but got in promptly.. no waiting. Dr Feldman gave me options as to treatments. He was so nice, humorous, very chatty and pleasant. At first I declined treatment for that day but as I was leaving, I had a change of heart and just wanted to get it over with. Dr Feldman was so nice and understanding and had me ushered back in and he completed the procedure within 20 mins..... explaining everything he was doing and making the experience as pleasant as was possible. I have a follow-up appt with them in a few days and am also bringing my husband along for a consult. This will be my foot doctor from now on! read more

Meet with Dr. Feldman at his North Las Vegas location. I had gotten althetes foot bad on one foot inbetween a couple toes where the tissue split. Didn't even realize what it was at first until I looked it up. I tried on my own to "cure" it by using ng all sorts of things such as foot spray, tea tree oil, hydrogen peroxide, etc to no avail. I made an apt with Dr Feldman who knew what it was right away and wrote me a prescription strength cream to apply twice a day for a week. Finally after a month of dealing with pain and itching and trying to fix it on my own it went away. Dr. Feldman also gave me a handout with things to do/directions that was helpful. He also helped educate me on how you get it and how to avoid getting it again. I found him to be a very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend him! read more

So happy I found Dr. Feldman! He was the only podiatrist with 5 stars on here and I was looking for somewhere I could get my ingrown toenail taken care of immediately. I called and asked if they had anything for today and I got right in! The ingrown nail removal procedure took maybe 20 minutes versus the hour long procedure I had at urgent care for the same issue back in January. He made the treatment as painless as possible and even offers a 2 week check up for free to make sure it's healing properly! He is a very genuine doctor. Dr. Feldman is fantastic! You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and makes them feel very comfortable. A knowledgeable physician with great bedside manners and a personality you can't match! I went with foot and ankle pain and he was able to diagnose what was wrong and provided a course of treatments to resolve the issue. I was referred to Dr Feldman by my diabetic doctor. Dr Feldman educated me on my foot care as well as removed my ingrown toenail with just a minimal amount of pain. He was funny and very attentive. He genuinely acted as if he cares about his patients. His staff were friendly and polite. Being diabetic it is very important to take care of your feet. I 100% recommend Dr. Feldman. I went to an urgent care on the Friday of memorial day weekend and was referred to Dr. Feldman that day to have an ingrown toenail, which was causing an infection, to be removed. He agreed to see me outside of his normal office hours since the situation required attention soon. He is super friendly, cares about people, and wants to make sure his patients get the best care they can. Staff and doctor did not seem conscientious or attentive more just going through the motions.

If I showed up an hour late would you wait for me? I don't think so. This is what is never realized. Patients are made to wait but can never be late. I am an understanding person...things happen but you cannot book 3 patients at the same appt time and yes I was told there were 6 patients ahead of me. You haven't addressed the HIIPA situation. Your receptionist did very loudly announce I had a high deductible. read more

Went in with an ingrown toenail asked doctor to remove the whole nail but he said only sides need removed pain came back few months later then went in said pain was due to fungus. During the original side removal was in horrible pain because he's cheap and didn't use enough pain killer the reason I know this is because I had a legit foot doctor Falkin take care of me and I didn't feel a thing and he removed the whole nail read more

They play to much in this office i go to get seen and doctor want a MRI and they don't even know where i can go then i had to call my insurance company and ask them then i call the office and tell them to send a referral over and they didn't i been at the MRI place sentence 12pm and they on lunch i have to now wait till 1:00pm and this is so fuck up i should not have to do there job read more

I found Dr. Feldman to be friendly and patiently listened while I spoke.(not the case with all Drs). I have follow up appt so we are still working on the problem but I want to give a shout out to office staff. I have called several times with questions and they have always helped me without giving me the impression they were annoyed. In person always a smile and helpful. I was told that he was booked but then he got on the phone with me anyway.... and then ended up finding time for me later that day. He was very kind, professional and I must say very funny too. Ok Doctor but his receptionist obviously doesn't know the HIPAA laws. While waiting to be seen she told me in front of the whole waiting room that my deductible is high! On the way in and on the way out of being seen. These matters are private. She actually said how much it was in dollar amounts on the way out while I paid. I know Dr. Feldman tries to keep a friendly and casual environment but this wrong. Why sign a HIPAA form just to have all of my information shared with everyone in the waiting room! read more

Feldman seemed more interested in selling me products or perscribing pain management. Office staff behaved less than professional as well.
