As for the provider,…read morewell...I think it is a shame that a client has to be subjected to a provider who does not listen, is dismissive - as if their opinion is the only one that matters - and displays a seemingly grandiose sense of self. It seems as though they may have forgotten that they are being paid to provide a service and in doing so should demonstrate a level of professionalism. Regarding the therapy area, it felt congested. I have been in other places that provided more space for movement. As I passed clients who were exercising on the floor so close to the pathway, as well as those adjacent in chairs that line the wall of the small hallway receiving therapies, and having to pass through occupied rooms because the rest of the hallway is closed off, allowing for more equipment to be placed on either side of the door was unsettling. It seemed as though it was done so that they could maximize the number of clients they see in a given day. It felt more like a factory than a therapy center. It was just not the right place for me.

I am a disabled veteran with serious back pain from a career of flying at low altitudes. Dr Jill put me on a treatment plan and within two months, I was pain free. Since that time, I see her every 2-3 weeks and that keeps me out of pain. What is amazing about her is that she learns each patient's skeletal profile (if that's the right term) and determines the optimal alignment and where adjustments are necessary. The woman on the phone in a nasty tone informed us we needed to be there over 10 minutes ago for paperwork. When we walked in she still had an attitude and was standing off to the side behind the counter gossiping with a coworker. They lack phone etiquette which is disappointing. I had an appointment for my mother who is 83 years of age. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I asked if she needed blood work done again since we rescheduled. Olivia at the front desk told me no since the appointment was only 2 weeks away. We get there and she did not have her down for that new date. She said it was for a month away. If that was the case she would had needed new blood work. My problem is that she didn't bother to see if any of the doctors could take my mom that day. She just said "we don't have her down for today". For those of you with elderly parents you know the effort it takes to get them to an appointment. I also took off work. But the main problem was that she only needed someone to go over her blood work and she refused to ask if they could squeeze her in. My mom has to prepare hours beforehand to get dress and get to appointments. She wasn't pleasant and had no empathy whatsoever. If I didn't like the doctors there, I would certainly never go back!!!!
