I'm delighted with her service. The reason for 4-star rating is because I'm disappointed with the office/phone service as they've been reluctant to reschedule when work requires me out of town & unable to be home for my appointment; they make you feel like we're interrupting them. Several times they weren't even able to find my account in the system. If you ask to speak with a manager, they act as if they don't understand what you're saying. When calling on the phone, we don't get the great customer service as we've had in the past. But I'm thankful for Marrisa's attentive service on site.

They never put traps in or nothing. Daves puts Traps in. One thing I am not happy about with daves is their scheduling policy. They don't set up a date for your next visit until they get back into the office and a few days before they are due to come they give you a suprise text. If you don't request morning time or afternoon time you are put on an all day wait and when you call to find out what time they are coming the person who answers the phone ( who speaks English with a accent ) doesn't know and says they will call you back and sometimes they don't. If it wasn't for the Techs I'd be somewhere else now. The techs however do a great job. I hope they fix this gargage with the scheduling.
