They were also able to point out areas that seemed to be improperly repaired and repainted but not disclosed to us (despite requesting this information from the sellers). Our technician Colton was very personable and spent time walking us through the various areas of the house and explaining what the issues were and how they could be improved if we went forward. Ultimately, we walked away from the deal due to the high potential for this to be an extremely expensive and time-consuming repair (in addition to other issues found during the regular inspection).
