These guys were a lifesaver on identifying extensive issues throughout the house that most likely permeated to the framework. They were also able to point out areas that seemed to be improperly repaired and repainted but not disclosed to us (despite requesting this information from the sellers). Our technician Colton was very personable and spent time walking us through the various areas of the house and explaining what the issues were and how they could be improved if we went forward. We agreed to a Stucco Check Inspection based on the request by a potential buyer for our home currently on the market. We could not be more disappointed. When promised that the 13 holes drilled in our home will be hardly noticeable, we were left with 2 holes with the wrong sealant viewable from the street, 2 holes without sealant exposing our house to new moisture, and the remaining holes with another wrong color sealant repaired in a very poor manner. With impending inclement weather and poor repairs post inspection, we are now concerned about additional damage resulting from the inspection. We do not recommend this vendor. Recommend you keep them FAR AWAY from your house. They recently performed an inspection on our home and did a terrible job. Prior to performing their services we were told that they would use proper sealant with elastomeric paint which they had in a wide selection of colors that would match so the holes would be difficult to see. Our home is beige and the holes that were sealed were filled with grey material. In addition, the advice and recommendations provided by the person performing the inspection were questionable and did not accurately represent standards according to subsequent consultations with professionals. Took the risk out of buying this home (fingers crossed). He is very articulate and takes time to explain impact without feeling rushed. The whole experience was very pain free. These inspections are very intense due to large amount of capital at risk due to structural integrity concerns. He helped us understand what is involved.
