They did a professional and thorough job on both, including the miscellaneous carpentry that was required on our window frames and some of our fascia boards that had rotted. When we called them back for some work on the inside of the house, they took a lot of pride in how well the exterior paint was holding up and offered to do some minor touchups where our wreath hanger had scraped the paint away. On Feb 3rd, 2025, I was standing in the middle of the bed trying to clean my ceiling fan. Sadly, I took a misstep and fell out the bed and plummeted into the wall. They pained my house, trim, guest house, shed, rod iron, replaced a dilapidated staircase, added a window to a very dark 2nd floor halway and converted French doors to a window in my guest house. They also had a welder fix my broken rod iron gate, and reattached my mailbox to the ground ( it was held up with business cord to my fence). This is my second time using them and will continue to do so! The first time I used Tino's, there was a water leak in my garage that caused a lot of damage to the wall. They made it look new again. They also fixed my ceilings that had water marks. They brought in roofers that were able to go all the way to my third floor and patch those leaks up. Tino and his son Abraham demoed, replaced, and painted dry wall and wood paneling in our home office after a window leak required us to rip out part of a wall to ensure there was no mold. The team was incredibly responsive, coming out to give us a quote on the same day that I called inquiring about their services. They removed an old satellite dish, replaced bad boards and caulked literally every seam in the boards before priming and painting. I hired Tino's Painting Services to freshen up and retouch up the walls of my rental house. The price was fair and competitive. This was not an easy project. We had previous painters come in to repaint a few rooms on a new house. But those painters did a bad job. Leaving paint and caulking everywhere in the shower tile and floor grout. There was even paint on curtains and fixtures in the rooms. Tino team came in professionally repainted the rooms nicely. This is an updated review. At the end of my original review I wrote that next time I needed painting, I'd trust Tinos to do it. Well it was time to paint the interior of my house so I called him back. Again he came and told me exactly what he was going to do and hoW much. He said it would take 5 days, which seemed reasonable. As part of the job, his crew would actually remove everything from the walls and move the furniture so we wouldn't have to do anything. We decided to move a few of the more fragile things ourself just in case, but left everything as is for the most part. Tinos crew showed up promptly on day 1 and got to work. The first day they moved everything carefully as promised and began their prep. They taped paper on all floors and taped around things that wouldn't get painted. They cleaned all the baseboards. They patched all the holes and repaired all cracks. They reteectured where needed, too. Day 2 they painted and painted. Day 3 they called me and said they were done. I was incredulous, but sure enough - they were done! The house looks amazing. Three large rooms, a very tall stairway and small hallway painted in 3 days. Tinos crew left the house immaculate too. My wife and I are super happy. I can't recommend Tino and his crew enough. read more
