He gave us a preliminary quote for us to review and agree or disagree with. We gave him a 1/2 deposit and they started a day later. This was one of the hottest weeks and they worked nonstop. We had a front lanai put in with a painted floor, door stops were installed, our shed was power washed and painted with some door repairs, our gated property was power washed. They also did some concrete work, power washed our pavers and sealed them. They cleaned up afterwards everyday.
