It was an hour interview with hundreds of questions plus tests. Possibly, the worst job interview I ever had. Talking to this manager was like talking to a wall. It was like getting nothing back no matter what you said. Yesterday, their General Manager Jon, called me for an interview in their residential division and I conveyed what my interview was like with Luclerc. To make a long story short, I went today for an interview again and Jon claims he sent an email conveying they went with other candidates. I received absolutely nothing to my personal email or Indeed email system. Luclerc was there and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. for the 2 minutes I was in their office. That's extremely disrespectful and speaks very low volumes about this company. They make you drive and go all professionally suited up for nothing. What kind of company is this??? The question remains, if their hiring process is like this, I can't imagine what working for them is like. And their salary wasn't much between $2,500 - $3,000 a month for 2022 standards.
