If you want a company that's going to show up with the right equipment and manpower to get your job done this is the company to hire. Potter' worked with us on a large hotel restoration project. Luckily we were able to us all there divisions. We started with having trees removed for new site work they were awesome, this was a difficult project very tight working conditions. Secondly they installed a complete new landscape which included hundreds of plants,close to a hundred trees, new sod and mulch and again they were awesome. Potter's Lawn and Landscaping, Tree Division did an outstanding job at my home. Nina Potter was involved every step of the way. She came out for the estimate, then followed up with the communication and scheduling. She was on-site while the work was done. She and her crew were very professional, and did a nice job triming 4 hardwood trees, and 7 palm trees. They cleaned up after the work was done. A screen on my patio was damaged from a falling branch. Nina brought it to my attention, and sent someone out right away to replace it. I'm a satisfied customer, and will use them again. read more

If they treat your lawn with the same respect they treated my 91 year old mother I would hesitate to hire them. Last week she was waiting on the sidewalk for the city bus. The man cutting the palm tree on the other side of the wall kept insisting she move away from where he was working and stand in the sun in 90 degree temperatures. He got angry when she would not move. A decent person might have just moved their cherry picker to the many trees 5 feet to the right of her and come back to cut that tree in a few minutes. read more

During a routine lawn cutting, 'POTTER's" riding mower operator tore off one, and severely damaged another of my metal Hurricane awnings... (Leisureville - Pompano Beach) Five attempts over a three month period, and they have yet to respond, leaving me without protection during the height of the hurricane season..... ** INEXCUSABLE ... (The two master bedroom awnings in question, have been kept in the same position 'YEAR ROUND' for 18 years WITHOUT INCIDENT) ****** I was in the house & heard mower & collision. Two men working on the house next door saw it, & came to my door to tell me... One then helped me take the twisted awning down before it could break the window glass. (It was banging against the window) A Leisureville worker immediately hauled it away as scrap... The 5 attempts (explanations, pictures & my phone number) were all made from the Leisureville office, by the staff (by e-mail) with absolutely 'NO RESPONSE' from "Potter's Lawn & Landscaping"... read more

This people is completely irresponsable, they plant 2 palm trees...(with a type of storms that happen here in florida specially on the beach)... with this long wood sticks of 1/2" holding the three... well guess what happen??? The 2 palm trees fall down !!!! right in top of a customer car and breaking the fence!!!! They came over see the problem, fix the fence and thats it....they NEVER cover the damages of the car of course we have to pay for that... and now I think they never had an insurance ... so be really careful...this happen 8 days after they plant the palm trees, don't you think they should take care of that and us? Two months later we still calling for the palm trees to fixed (clean up, trim, etc) their answer: "...we have to wait until the storm season is over to untied the leaves and trim it"....what? when they put those trees they say 15 days!!!! is september we have to wait until november for that? it doesn't make any sense !!! After calling, emails back and forward they came over and now I have 2 palm trees that they didn't trim, a mess in the property, a garden light completely broken...And my story doesn't end here!!! Their is a 3rd palm tree that they brought changing one that was dead but didn't fit the requirements ... it was suppose to be with an specific high... they never change it and they prefer to loose the cost of the palm tree and the customer than fix the situation. read more
