I've spent hours and hours of my life calling this company again and again, and they consistently fail to actually deliver. "We don't have enough _____ on the truck for you" Well, who packed it? There's a massive disconnect between the corporate/admin side, and the drivers. They KNOW it's a problem. Every time I talk to them, they say it's being addressed, and I know I can't be the only business this happens to. Hire a supervisor to watch these rogue drivers! I highly recommend to anyone needing a linen service to call around to other businesses and getting feedback on service. Also, don't sign a 5 year contract blindly. Lesson learned, shame on me.
