The lady that did my hair first of chopped it. A ten year old could have giving me a better hair cut. I was getting the whole meal deal done, colour and a cut. I like my hair short so she cut it first so we didnt waste product. She said she would go back after and finesse it, she didnt. The color was all over the place it didnt blend and I looked like I had a skunk tail in the front of my head. This was by far the worst my hair has ever been done. I had to go and have it fixed and spend another 125.00. I would never recommend this salon ever, dont waste your money.

Their tanning facilities are the best in town, you pay a bit higher price but they have the quality to back it up. They have little extras, like single-sized cups of professional tanning lotion for $2 if you want to try it out, and bungee cords you can hold onto in the tanning booths to make sure your underarm/side area gets tanned evenly (as opposed to having to stand there holding your arms up without support, which is very uncomfortable). It seems like they've put a lot of thought into it, the space is pleasant and almost all of the staff I met were friendly. The first time I went there however, I did not have a nice experience (That time wasn't for a tan...I was going to book a hair appt and decided not to). The owner was the one who greeted me, and she had a really snotty, patronizing attitude. However, none of the other staff have treated me like that, so as long as I never have another experience like the first time, I will be back. If I ever get treated like that again, I won't be.

The Manager here is absolutely awful. She has no respect for the hairdressers or customers. I hate…read moregoing into places and hearing staff get cussed out by the manager for such simple things, that could've easily been discussed in private. I have never seen such an unprofessional manager, until I went in for a clip. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that it's not comforting to hear to hear "F*ck" after every other word. Wouldn't recommend. Definitely not going there again.

My daughter would then reluctantly rebook with her stylist expecting to get the haircut she is used to. But guess what, same thing again. This time they did not phone to let her know. Truly frustrating. After this happened to me...we were done with Chatters forever.
