Not the worse pedibi have gotten- but not the atmosphere i prefer I down graded the review from 3 stars to one... when you sit down they give you a paper and you pick out the service you want. I selected the $35 level pedi. When i left they tell me the total is $50. I asked why. They said $15 upcharge for gel nail polish !!! Which BTW, is all they offer. But never any mention about the upcharge. I hate that! Just be honest with the price. I will not be returning.

Let's start like this. I have long, thin(getting thinner by the day) highlighted hair. I am so…read morenervous when it comes to getting my hair done. Bleach scares me to death and the fact that my hair is thinning made me a nervous wreck. I chose Brooke because of her expertise in blonde hair. From the consultation to the end of my actual appointment I am thrilled that I chose her. She made me at ease from minute one. She actually listened to my fears and explained in great detail what she could do for me and my hair. The consultation was over 30 minutes! Who does this? She felt my hair, checking for damage and it's texture. She even did a strand test! I was so impressed! I booked immediately. The day of the appointment i was sweating buckets. Again, she addressed every fear and made sure I was comfortable with what we were doing. Fast forward to removing my fouls. She was so gentle. She brushed my hair afterwards while still at the sink to show me I hadn't lost any hair. Her shampoo skills are just WOW! I could go on and on but to cut it short when she turned me around for the final reveal I was speechless. To be honest, I cried. I felt so beautiful. The color, the cut her attention and even the other employees comments! Brooke has me for life! Levity is modern looking spa. I can't wait till they expand their services. All I can end this review is with.....TRUST BROOKE! She will do right by you. It's not about selling every service with her. It's about making the client feel understood and at ease. They don't use acrylic (which is awful for your nails), they only use gel/hard gel/gel putty. I went from getting acrylic for 7 years to hard gel and now just gel nail polish and my nails are stronger than ever. All of the employees are knowledgeable and sweet. Crystal is who does my nails and it never fails, she's always in a good mood, upbeat and is willing to tackle any crazy idea I have for a nail design. Even though half the time I never know what I want to do she always helps me figure it out. And don't let them stop you from thinking they only service your nails! They also offer massages, hair services and waxing! While I've only ever gotten my nails and waxing done here I've always seen the amazing hair services that leave the shop.
