What made it just a little more special is that my wife knew and worked with him as a teenager. (Just a few year's ago.) We parked at the pier and were lucky that we caught someone just leaving. It's not easy on a nice Summer day between the locals and tourists. Once we entered the lobby, we looked around for a bit then went into the theater. A big semi circle of comfortable seating. No one is too far from the stage. Steven's show had a small cast and I could not think of a better to have seen this. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I can't comment about food since we did not have anything here. I am looking forward to coming back to enjoy the setting both inside and out. KUDOS to the team here at Bay Street Theater.

Given they couldn't do trips this year, they brought special activities to camp (petting zoo, bounce houses, etc) and really introduced normalcy back into kids lives. I commend them so much bc it's not easy accomplishing what they did! Most importantly my son was always safe and covid protocol were followed at all times-temperature checks, masks worn by counselors, sanitizing the hands, etc. We feel really lucky to have met them this summer and are so glad we could show our son some fun!!

The reason behind making this extra driving effort when he could already be attending the excellent public school that is near our house along with his sister, lays in the social and spiritual foundation that she as a child and I as a parent got to learn during her 3 years of Waldorf education. It was actually her who recommended that her brother should also get to enjoy these unforgettable calm and magical years under the kindest and most stable guidance . Every day when I pick him up and even though the children are usually playing outdoors, his hands are warm, his cheeks are pink, he seems well rested, well nourished, and I am sure that he has been treated only in the nicest possible way.

I had a horrible experience here today. A couple of Moms and I planned a playdate for our toddlers…read moreat Corwith Farmstand on Thursday September 5 at 10:45AM. They arrived before me and went into the play area. When I was getting my baby out of the car seat, a red truck sped up next to me in the driveway and the man said, "GET OUT NOW. WE ARE CLOSED." I calmly responded, "It says you are open online, I didn't know." He yelled again, "I DON'T CARE. GET OUT NOW." He went on to go inside the play area and holler at my friends whose children were with them. I have never been yelled at by a man while holding my baby and it is a very alarming experience. My Mom friends told him, there is no sign up saying closed and the gate was open. He accused us of lying and saying it was a locked gate (it was not). How would we have broken into a locked gate and why would we even do that? We were all totally put off from our whole experience at Corwith Farmstand. The sign out front even says, "Open 9-5." There was no closed sign, nothing that would have lead us to believe we shouldn't be there, and it says "Open 9-5." It was our first time there so we didn't know what to expect. We left and went to Seven Ponds instead and their play area is much more elaborate and was only about ten minutes away. Luckily we turned our day around but this man was awful to us and we will never go back. You can see the red truck in the distance on the property, all he had to do was be kind and let us know it was closed. Invest in a closed sign for your door, they cost a $1 at the hardware store and then you don't have to verbally attack innocent Moms with their babies at the goat petting zoo. Also, put a closed sign on the sign by the road when you're closed during operating hours.
