I told her it wasn't what I showed her I wanted, and the new girl. I expressed that it's ok I understand that she just started and said I was heading back home and will have my stylist fix it. She Waved her hand spun around, and said, "well, go there". Ok first of all, wow, what a "class act". I was "warned" from School and locals that she wasn't a pleasant person and acted entitled. And that is what she did and proved everyone to be true. Second, as an adult woman, I should be able to express my feeling about the service I just received. I didn't say I wasn't paying, I tipped appropriately and was scheduling to go back for another service. So for her to "dismiss" a paying customer and local. Third, FYI ... if someone goes to college and you hire them and then make them sign that bogus contract that tells them they can't work in that field for a year, nope, NO judge is going to hold them to that. That's their livelihood and why as a business owner and woman ever want to hold another woman back? If it doesn't work out with you, let them go. Your ego is going to cause karma to come back hard. Birdie flying around town about you hurting the woman power by trying to control. Let them grow and stop holding them back. I hope they challenge you in court over that and you will see. They may not be able to work in same county but you and your contract won't stop them. So review is all because an owner couldn't have said, I am sorry. Period. That if I could have someone pickup my daughter and they could perform the service. Secondly how disappointing that this is a women owned business and they chose to implement a no children policy. Had to ask her to shorten the nails and clean up the cuticles, water was lukewarm at best. Feet not left in water to soak for any length of time. Fast forward to the dip, she again had her phone in her lap the whole time, barely paid attention, cut my fingers with the Dremel tool, they are incredibly sore the day after. The only good thing is they do look pretty. However unless you want to do your job just stay home.

After they rushed my acrylic and it is so thin they look like press ons and look horrible. The french tip did not get a second coat and is patchy all over. I wanted almond and said it multiple times and she was refusing and basically forced me into square after I said almond multiple times. It is also expensive. Also my nails already look grown out and we're not close to my cuticle at all and they "cleaned my cuticle" horribly.
