Getting beautiful photos and videos from my wedding was one of the most important parts of our special day. My husband and I were not disappointed, they delivered. With so many options out there, I was nervous with finding the right fit for my weddings vibe. With online research I was overwhelmed because while searching online almost every company looked amazing. My husband got me and a few of my bridesmaids tickets to a local bridal bizarre to meet with vendors. I quickly was drawn to the work and photos Anna and Loving Lens presented at the Bridal bizarre. Anna was friendly kind and didn't try to sell me on her work. Following up I set up a call with her. In preparation for the day, I had 3 meetings with her and her husband to iron out all of the details and get the contract wrote up. I read some of the negative reviews they previously had but the connection and vibes were too great to ignore. Loving lens was very upfront and honest about timelines, expectations for any photos or videos from the very beginning. I was very happy with the service they provided at the wedding and during the day off. A SINGLE WEEK AFTER MY WEDDING not only did I get preview photos but I also received all of the edited photos I was promised!! I also received the short highlight teaser video that was in my contract 8 days after my wedding!! I'm so impressed with their work and turn around times! I'm so happy I trusted my gut feeling to hire this company. I recommend you set up meetings with Loving Lens to get to know them, work through any pre-wedding day details, and listen to any of there recommendations on the day off. (They shared a few of there thoughts on the photos and poses during the day of and I'm so grateful I listened) I have no doubt they will continue to provide the best services for many more weddings to come, and I highly recommend Loving Lens.

My wedding was in October 2023, and everything leading up to the event went smoothly. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely afterward. Getting the items included in the package I paid for has been an ongoing struggle. After more than a year, I finally received my digital photos and video clips, along with a 12-minute highlight video. Given the price of the package, I honestly expected a longer video. About six months later, I finally received my photo album. Unfortunately, it did not include the two small changes I had requested by email. At that point, however, I was simply relieved to finally have it after such a long wait. However, I am still waiting on two items that were included in my package. The last response I received from them was in February 2026, when they told me to follow up in 30 days. Since then, I have followed up eight additional times, spacing out my messages, and have received no response. Over the course of this process, I've been given numerous excuses. One message would promise my remaining items within one or two months, while the next would say they were too busy or didn't have the money to order my items because it was their slow season. Some of the explanations I was given included: - They weren't getting enough business because brides were complaining about them at bridal trade shows. - Brides were being threatening, causing stress that affected the owner's health. Since she is the only person who edits everything, I was told it would take longer but "be worth it." I was also repeatedly told that I should be grateful for what I had already received. I never suggested otherwise, I was simply asking for communication and a realistic timeline. - I should be grateful for the number of edited preview photos I received because they "normally only provide a few" after the wedding. - They said they were backed up completing weddings from the COVID period that were originally supposed to be canceled. If that's true, I appreciate that they chose to help those couples during such a difficult time. However, as a customer who paid in full for my package, I don't believe that should affect the completion of the services I contracted and paid for. Running behind from previous events is a business management issue, and I believe it's the responsibility of the business to realistically manage its workload, communicate delays, and allocate resources so that all paying clients receive the services they were promised. - They also mentioned receiving threats from customers who had not yet fully paid them. While I understand that dealing with difficult customers can be stressful, I don't believe that should impact communication with or fulfillment of obligations to customers who have paid in full and are simply waiting for the services outlined in their contracts. They also claimed that because they knew my husband (they barely knew him), they provided a second photographer out of the kindness of their heart and paid for that photographer themselves. However, our signed contract clearly included two photographers as part of the package. I have documentation to support everything I've stated, including the signed contract, emails, and text messages. Throughout this entire process, I have remained patient, understanding, and respectful. I understand that delays can happen, but a lack of communication and repeated broken promises are unacceptable. All I ever wanted was an honest update and a realistic timeline. Instead, I've spent years chasing items that I already paid for. Unfortunately, when I booked them, there were very few Yelp reviews available, so I didn't have much information to go on. It wasn't until about a year later that I started seeing more reviews from other couples describing experiences similar to mine, and now there are even more honest reviews being shared. I hope my experience helps anyone who is considering using this company. I encourage you to do thorough research, read recent reviews across multiple platforms, and make your decision based on documented customer experiences rather than what is promised during the sales process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

A year later, she took our family's pictures for our son's one year birthday (cake smash) as well as for the holiday cards. She has a studio at her home with plenty of snacks while you do your sessions. It's also heated for those chillier winter months. The props she has are amazing and add a lovely style to her photos. She has a natural talent for finding perfect poses and the experience to get great angles. She also does locations other than her studio for photo shoots. For our maternity pictures we were at the beach and for our family pics we went to a hiking trail. She's able to taylor yo meet your needs. Her turnover to get pictures back to you is always quicker than she stated which is so lovely (especially when you want to get out holiday cards!) I highly recommend Jessica for her stellar services! To be honest I didn't really care that much about a professional picture but after seeing Michele's work I want to take a new headshot monthly! She came to our office, found a nice background outside, and took probably about 8 pictures of each of us, sent us proofs the same day and retouched digital images of the ones we selected within 24 hours! Michele took our daughter's senior portraits while we were on our annual vacation to Solana Beach…read more She worked within our travel time frame and even took the time to meet us ahead of our portrait session to consult on locations, outfits, etc. She suggested a fantastic location and it was amazing watching Michele use the setting and natural lighting to frame fantastic shots. She is a complete delight to work with. Our proofs were back in less than a week and the retouched photos we chose also were returned so quickly!.
