When I arrived at his office in Santa Fe he asked if I had filled out the paperwork from the website and I responded that I didn't know I should have. So I filled out the paperwork at his office and he billed me for the 20 minutes it took. Later I called him and pointed this out, to which he acknowledged and agreed that I had a credit of 40 dollars coming. Here's the rub: he never refunded the over charges and has ignored my attempts to contact him. I cannot attest to his skills as a practitioner as I declined to see him again due to the distrust I feel around the lingering financial aspect. He knew he over charged me and was not proactive in resolving the issue.

The folks working here were friendly, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. OK, we also most pulled the trigger on a couple pieces, but talked ourselves out of it, mostly having to do with price and the "Where are we going to put it?" question. And given enough time during our too short visit to Santa Fe, we would have come back.
