A couple months ago I saw Mr. Khalsa for neck/back issues on the advice of a neighbor who had good…read moreresults from his work. When I arrived at his office in Santa Fe he asked if I had filled out the paperwork from the website and I responded that I didn't know I should have. So I filled out the paperwork at his office and he billed me for the 20 minutes it took. Later I called him and pointed this out, to which he acknowledged and agreed that I had a credit of 40 dollars coming. Here's the rub: he never refunded the over charges and has ignored my attempts to contact him. I cannot attest to his skills as a practitioner as I declined to see him again due to the distrust I feel around the lingering financial aspect. He knew he over charged me and was not proactive in resolving the issue.
