OTC medication went from 7.50 to 30.00 for the exact product?I had to go without.My building complex put out flyers for outside state aid.I went to meet them,and was approved for nightly meals.BUT WAIT?I was presented with 5 star gourmet meals? yes,alittle lack of salt for the older clients,Their Chef was magic at working with unusual spices only found in the best Indian Resturants,and I was blown away?I had a cooking show up and running while still in New York,so you can take my word for it.You must be 60 or you wont qualify,and pretty low income,but you just wait for the Holidays? For the first time in my life,I couldn't afford the Turkey (They began at 80.00)They used to be free,if you purchased 100.00 worth of sides,and it was my Birthday! This is a studio my wife and I came across while venturing in Santa Fe. It teaches acrobatic and…read moreaerial circus courses as well as offers an open gym for those seeking a place to train. We happened to see an aerial partnering course listed online while we were win town and decided to drop in. Neither of us knew what to expect considering we did not know what aerial partnering was until twenty minutes into the class. Despite our lack of skill, however, we had lots of fun learning partner poses on a giant trapeze and a couple poses on dangling strands of silk. The instructor was great and catered to our skill level while still attending to the more skilled members of the class. Afterwards, we stayed and practiced our newly found talent with the gym manager. Without realizing, two hours quickly slipped by, and were it not for our aching muscles we would have continued longer. Since I do not live in Santa Fe, I cannot comment on the regularly scheduled classes held during the weekday. However, if they are anything like the workshop we attended this weekend, I would highly recommend those active spirits out there to check it out. The Wise Fool Community seems very friendly and excited to share their passion.

I had always been an athletic person but I had fallen into a pattern of maybe working out once or…read moretwice a week at most. My eating habits, while generally "good", had slipped and I was feeling badly about my shape and health overall. Then I started training with Simon 4x a week. Having Simon there to show me new exercises, to coach me along and to push me to push myself was just what I needed. No more excuses, no more moping around the gym doing the same old routine I was used to and that had become so boring that I stopped. He challenges me to try new things that I would never think of on my own and that push the limits of what my body can handle in a good way- motivating me to get better and better at the things I find most diffcult. And while it's always a great workout, it's always a lot of fun too! Training with Simon has impacted not only my fitness level, but the entire way I live my life in a healthy way each day. Too often we all forget that our health should be our top priority, thanks Simon for helping me to see that for myself again! I'm sad he moved from San Francisco to Santa Fe, but hopefully lots of people in New Mexico can share in my positive experience!

Each time I see Dr. Hatch (in 4+ years) he has figured out what's causing the symptom and has gotten to the root of it in one or 2 sessions. I've been dealing with neck pain for 25+ years with fibromyalgia stacked on top. While I won't say that the other clinics were bad, Dr. Hatch, Dr. Horner and Ms. O'Leary (massage therapist) are miracle workers in comparison. With a few sessions under my belt and several more to go, I'm already in less pain. For the first time in ages, I have some hope knowing that I am headed in the right direction. It is wonderful to be welcomed by the bright and smiling Emily, especially on days when I'm in pain.
