Not only do they destroy the structure of your hair, but just care about the money. Please do yourself a favor and run as far away as you can. I have never been this disappointed in my life. Also, she does not know what she is doing and thought it would be a good idea to cover it up with toner (which was the wrong shade) This damage is gonna take years to heal now. She also lied when I asked if she had any other clients at the same time as me, and proceeded to leave me waiting there with toner on my hair for almost an hour when it takes 2 minutes to wash it off. She could of at least let the client wait for 2 minutes the way she left me sitting for almost an hour. I am shocked she has a license because she failed basic policies and safety guidelines, not to mention there is zero skill or accountability. Every stylist knows that bleach should NOT be left on for over an hour, let alone 3. She also aggressively brushed my hair while bleach was on, as it created knots from the fragile state, but continued to brush through those knots aggressively. They keep saying there is nothing they can do about it, after damaging my hair and changing the structure. My hair was completely perfect and healthy before this. It is nothing to do with bleach, it is to do with her carelessness of leaving it on extremely long. So beware and do not come here in the first place. Other places never leave it damaged in even the slightest bit, and always check the time.
