In all fairness she has had other shop, so maybe he worked for her before. I came in and I was waiting for the hair dresser, they offered coffee, though it was nice but nothing special. I started to wonder in the small salon, because I like to observe hairdressers and how they work. Every time I got up she asked where I was going, first it was to the bathroom then to get sugar for my coffee. I was asked to sit down several times, it made me feel like grade school. Most shops are vibrant and lots is going on, not so with this shop. I then had my consultation and the hairdresser told me he had only worked there a few months. I got the consultation which I gave it 2 stars because I felt the hairdresser tried very hard. Then I was given the price. For a color cut and highlights it was $180.00. I have very short hair and most salons in other places I live go by the length of your hair. I walked out of there and said I know how they came up with the name, because they give you the price and you say wow. Now I can understand the price if my hair had been long. They have a lot to learn about running a exclusive salon. I have lived in big cities and have gone to the best. But you get special treatment and WOW lacked that wow factor!

They did not leave enough time slotted for the appts..& I called 2 WKS in advance AND 2 days ahead to double check, (just in case u missed that). They need to get their appts right. Called me a 'cigarette' & said they 'forget how much 'cigarettes' smelled!! I don't smoke in my car when my daughter is with me, so I took a couple puffs off one when I got out of the car, Bc when I called, out of courtesy, to let them know I'd be maybe 5-10 mins late, they tried to blame it on ME, & say they didn't have enough time for our 2 appts Bc the guy had to go pick up his "11 (eleven?!) year-old daughter from school"! I'm so sick of the mind games from society--u "SOCIOPATHIC SICKOS"!! All I wanted was a decent actual haircut & experience with my 6 year old, but all we get is treated like toys with batteries in them & like metal cans that u just can kick around all u want. This place should be shut down for the lack of courtesy to its appointed guests, & for how they treat their customers, who do not deserve to be greeted nor treated with such disrespect. The man & woman working there should take a class on ethics & morals. They both get "F MINUSes" & "ZERO STARS". -em (I felt bad so I kept updating my reviews, to give them more credit... but they don't deserve it. The woman was TERRIBLE!!! At least David had a heart! The woman wouldn't even say hi, look at us, or help, & she's supposed to be running the place.
