I was a little nervous because I had just gotten my hair colored brown the week before in my hometown. The moment I met Mariah, all of my anxiety disappeared. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly an expert when it comes to hair. She thoroughly explained every step of the appointment and genuinely cared about maintaining the integrity of my hair and keeping my blonde healthy. She made sure my ends stayed strong and wouldn't break off. Mariah is also so personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. I felt completely at ease in her chair. I live out of town, but I will definitely come back just to see her again. She was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn't recommend her more!

I walked in and was told my appointment was set for the 20th and when I did not show up they "called and called me and even sent a text message" Gee, no missed calls or texts on my phone. The last straw was the stylist didn't even offer another appointment upon seeing my disappointment! Just told me she was booked...to say the customer service was beyond horrible would be an understatement!
