I said "Thank you and walked away" I went to go ask another clerk for help with a product and he started to help me until another customer came over and as soon as she said " hi, im a regular here and I can't seem to find .... whatever she was looking for" he forgot I was even there minus another star, he even walked away and didn't help me. The 3rd star was for the cashier who rang me up and I was looking for my card in my wallet, since I have over 30 cards she got annoyed and said " you might want to have your payment ready next time for fast service". I walked in after explaining my sob story with pixie cuts, and she talked and walked me through each process. I showed her pictures, gave her a vision, and asked for suggestions. She took her time, explaining what would work with my hair texture and length ( and numerous cowlicks). I love that she saved pictures in her phone of clients who have the same visions. She will also ask to take your picture (minus your face lol) so it could be used to help yourself or others in The Styling process. For your eyebrow and eyelash needs, Bianca is your girl. I absolutely love the inside of this shop. It has a rustic feel, and is not bougie like others that I've been to. It's more of a Steel Magnolias "truvy type" salon. Everyone is friendly and talkative, and extremely talented.. It's cozy and quaint. I cannot say enough good things about this place, and highly recommend going.
