I walked in after explaining my sob story with pixie cuts, and she talked and walked me through each process. I showed her pictures, gave her a vision, and asked for suggestions. She took her time, explaining what would work with my hair texture and length ( and numerous cowlicks). I love that she saved pictures in her phone of clients who have the same visions. She will also ask to take your picture (minus your face lol) so it could be used to help yourself or others in The Styling process. For your eyebrow and eyelash needs, Bianca is your girl.
