I spoke with an owner the next day she wanted me to come back let them try and fix it.... my reply your salon will never touch my hair again... I ASKED IN GOOD FAITH TO REFUND ME HALF MY MONEY IWAS TOLD NO.... So they charged me full price to ruin my hair color.... and I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO TRY FIX THE MESS THEY MADE OF MY HAIR I now understand why they are only rated a one.. I myself wouldn't give them a one.... Good luck to anyone who would take a chance on this salon.... The lighting where they did my manicure was so poor that it wasn't until I had left that I saw my nails had been filed crooked (some were on complete slants) and my shellac manicure was done poorly. The polish was applied haphazardly and the tips were not sealed correctly so it started to chip within a day. I live out of town so I could not return to the salon and ask them to fix my nails. If you are considering getting a manicure done here I would highly suggest going somewhere else.
