Reason for the 3 star is because the guy who filled up the water filled my station up with room temperature water. After testing it himself he had to know it wasn't hot. When he asked me, I said no, it's not hot at all. He then emptied and refilled with the same water even after touching it multiple times...how did he not fell it was basically cold. He switched me to a new station that had hot water immediately. The lady who took over and actually did my pedicure was great. Quick, gentle, and efficient. Probably won't return here though.

She offered beverages and snacks and then asked what music I'd prefer while in the salon. She explained the full process and particulars of the manicure and pedicure and about nail care. I'm not used to that since I usually go to nail techs who speak little to no English. My feet peel pretty badly and she made me comfortable about it and not embarrassed at all.
