Wow, pure class, I knew I was in the right spot. First impression on point, "Medz"!! The receptionist/manager also told me that the stylist I was booked with was not finished with her client. The stylist I was scheduled with greeted me 20 mins after my scheduled appointment. When she finally greeted me, i told her what I wanted and she said I booked it incorrectly, and that the price of the service I wanted was almost double the price the app quoted me when I booked and paid $19 to reserve it. this was a last-minute appointment I booked online, and I didn't know what to expect. I walked away, having wasted driving time to and from, parking money, and a horrible taste in my mouth. No thanks.

Sophie, the lady who runs the place reminds me of your typical Québécois aunt, warm, a little lively and out there and who does her own thing. I came in, had a picture of the cut and style I wanted on my phone, showed it to her and she went to town. The salon is a bare-bones operation, nothing fancy at all and they are in the midst of renovations so don't expect a Beverly Hills Salon. They are also very Québécois, I don't think they speak English and there's a real blue-collar vibe here, the way Verdun used to be before gentrification hit. Still for what I paid I got a really decent cut and the people there aim to please.

J aimerais souligner aussi le travail de Tommy. L assistant au coloriste. Quand il me lave les cheveux et fait mes traitements c est avec professionnalisme, gentillesse et délicatesse.
