The woman who did my lashes wasn't taking new clients, though. She only did my lashes because the person I was scheduled with had just quit. So, for a while I got my lashes done at another salon. When the opportunity arose, I decided to give Lash Fairy another try. I booked a three week transfer fill with Gabby Cowles. It has been 2.5 weeks since I had mine done at another salon. She told me they had been enough loss that she would need to charge me for a full set, but she didn't have time to do a full set. So, she did a...wait for it...a fill. And charged me for a full set. And they shed like crazy the next couple of days. I called to come in for a complimentary touch up a couple of days later (which they tell you to do if needed) and they never called back to schedule it(!) What a rip off. I tipped Gabby 25%, BTW, so I did my part to be a good customer. They're just not professional at this salon and I definitely would not recommend Gabby.

About a year or so ago I met Allison Reynolds and she has changed my life! I learned she is a P.A. so she was extremely knowledgeable and had a medical answer for every question I had asked and especially regarding the skin care needs of women. She took a look at my skin after getting Botox and suggested microneedling. I had never heard of this procedure but I thought "oh boy here we go again". I loved her personality so much I thought well why not give it a try? The price was very affordable and she did an excellent job on my Botox so I trusted her. I noticed a HUGE difference after just one treatment! I wanted to cry! I just had my third treatment, there is essentially no down time, it's far less expensive than any other procedure I've tried and for me essentially pain free! My scars are nearly gone now and I recommend this procedure to everyone even if you don't have scars. It tightens your skin, takes away stretch marhave seen before and after photos of her own stretch marks and they too are essentially gone! I did my research beforehand and saw some very scary photos and I was apprehensive but I am so glad I was in the right hands. I can't say enough great things about this spa. If I could give Om Spa TEN STARS I certainly would!! These photos were right after Micro-needling (and the little dots are Botox, I bruise super easily), it just kind of looks like a sunburn and you can put mineral makeup over it if you need to. We went more aggressive than usual this time because it's working so well but trust me that is NOTHING compared to what a Co2 laser does or costs and the results for me were much better.

My best friend and I went in for her to get her nose pierced, which Maddie did an AMAZING job with. The only reason this review gets any stars at all is because of Maddie's piercing work. However, after my best friend got her nose pierced, I wanted to buy a new earring for my tragus, which I have had pierced for 6 years. I have a fairly high pain tolerance, having had 13 piercings and 4 tattoos in my lifetime. Maddie took my old earring out and proceeded to insert the new earring. She needed to manipulate my tragus using needle nose pliers to get the ball on the backside to secure it. She warned me there would be some discomfort. When she continued, it felt as if the piercing was being ripped from my head. It was more painful than getting the piercing in the first place. She called "dad" over, who I assume was Craig. He grabbed a second pair of (what looked to be) pliers, and aggressively took to my ear. He threw the pliers down and said, "I don't have time for this. Does it hurt?? If it's a new piercing it hurts." I informed him that it was not a new piercing, it was about 6 years old. He stormed off. This was the least professional and most painful experience I've had with a piercing and/or tattoo. Maddie was amazing, her "dad" was unprofessional and rude. I left without the piecing being finished, came home, and had my friend finish putting the ball on - no pliers or ripping of my cartilage necessary. Long story short, I'm sure initial piercings or tattoos are well done, but don't expect processional treatment or customer service.
