My Girlfriend & I are in town for what was supposed to be an engagement trip and I offered to get her nails done before asking the big question. Long story short she requested a Fill & French tips & she was told In "Idaho people have simple nails" and that was she was asking for was too complex for the technician to do. Overall she left very upset on the verge of tears & myself being a man not knowing much about nails could tell that these were done horribly with no workmanship. Please be aware of this Nail salon it truly was disappointing to have to hear what she went through in a city that we thought was very nice. Needless to say I wouldn't not recommend this Nail salon & I hope they can provide their technicians the proper training and overall customer service. If I could leave 0 starts I would. read more

I give this place 0 stars. I did a walk in yesterday and I was quoted a price for a fill and polish. Ended up costing me $15 more than the quote. She charged me for this stupid little plastic box you could buy at Walmart or the dollar store for a dollar. She said all new clients ha$ to have a box to put their supplies into. This was utter nonsense. I just wanted to leave. She had already done my nails and kept going on and on about this stupid box. She said because of Covid...all of her repeat customers (I certainly will not be one) had their own files, etc in their own box. She would not stop talking about this box. Finally, I just left after paying the amount that was $15 over what she had quoted me. read more

I normally have my mani & pedis here the last year . They are fast and efficient and do a pretty great job on gel nails . Mine usually last for up to four weeks , no chipping . I would recommend to anyone who is a get in get out type of person . read more

I have to admit that I did not know they were there. I was at a different store and noticed them stuck in the back corner. The shop is clean. There are several manicure and they have 8 pedicure massage chairs. Stephanie and her husband Van work together. I do not know if they have other people working with them. I was in such dire need of a pedicure, so I darted in. They each were working on other people but got me all setup to soak, which I like anyway. Van performed my pedicure which was excellent. My feet were smooth as a baby's bum. I would stop bye if you are in the neighborhood. I will return for sure. They even have a discount card for cash payment. read more

On quick glance, the place is small but seemed nice. Great location. I give them 1 star based on my experience of absolutely no customer service. I cannot comment on their pedicures. I went to get a pedicure this morning & I had previously had a gel pedicure (2 mos ago for graduation), and it is literally more than halfway grown out. Hardly any left on my little toes, it would come off when clipped. They wanted to charge me $5 extra to Dremel the gel off. Having read that is really bad and it should be taken off with an easy acetone polish remover soak, I left. They told me to take it off at home & come back. No hesitation on their part about take it or leave it. I could've been a good repeat customer. On to the next place down the street. read more

Rather horrible experience. They ended up telling me that they charge extra to remove your shellac and current dip after I was half way through. Most just include it in the price. I stayed to at least finish my pedicure which was totally subpar and not relaxing. Felt rushed and just not enjoyable. Then the finished shellac was awful. Totally "out of the lines" and just a bad finish. Not to be a B but I suggest not going here for many reasons. read more

I usually don't leave reviews on businesses but felt I needed to today because I had a bad experience here at this nail salon. I called to make an appointment and Got in pretty quickly. She had me sit down and started quickly working on me and I showed her a picture of what I was wanting. The picture included three different gel polish colors. She informed me for extra colors it was going to be $3 dollars extra per color. I let her know That I was surprised for the extra charge because most nail salons I've been to never charged extra. Your usually able to pick up to 3 colors at no extra charge. She said she also charges extra to remove gel polish which again this was the first salon to do that. Most nail salons charge $20 for a gel polish that includes picking up to three different colors and a gel polish removal. When I let her know how I felt about the extra charges she starts getting more aggressive while working on my nails. She soaks my nails in acetone for 1 to 2 minutes at the most then starts drilling the rest of the gel polish off which caused my nails to become brittle and thin and because of her aggressiveness she broke one of my nails. She tried fixing it by putting nail glue on it. I'll post a picture of the broken nail below that she was supposed to fix. She starts painting my nails and I noticed one of my nails had too much polish on it which had a huge uneven lump so I let her know and she told me it was the way I was positioning my hand and I said no it's pretty lumpy and she said no it's OK. At this point I just want to get up and leave because nothing was going right. The nail job was horrible it was rushed, she was aggressive, The paint job was awful had gel polish all over my cuticles, The way she filed my nails were crooked and uneven. Just an overall bad experience. Next time I will wait to be fit in with my regular nail tech so I don't have to deal With this again. I would definitely not recommend going here. read more

I actually never leave reviews but after looking at reviews of this place (and seeing they weren't too great) and actually going there anyway only because my friend had a gift card, I will not be returning. I got a mani-pedi (for 40$!!!) and she didn't even clip my toes and argued with me that she did (which again, she didn't, I have a wonky toenail so it was obvious) and then after she did my nails there were multiple mess-ups that I asked her to fix and she said they were inevitable because I have "very dry nail skin." Well, that's what she is supposed to fix. My nails are already coming off 2 days later (literally my friends are in shock, I am taking my polish off already, what a waste of money). I just cannot recommend NOT going here enough. It is a waste of money and time. The lady is nice enough but her nail work and the effort she puts in is not worth it. read more

I made a last minute decision to get a pedicure tonight, and got here 30 minutes before closing. The owners were so nice, and gave me an amazing (and cheap, 25 bucks!) pedicure. I think this will be my new pedi place. read more

Friendly, small salon. Quality was excellent. I had a gel french mani/pedi that was beautiful - asked for a very thin line, because thick looks awkward - and he worked it until I was satisfied and didn't act as though he was being inconvenienced, like some people do. He also didn't cut the nails too short or dig into my cuticles. read more

I needed a last minute appointment. I called and got in within the next 15 minutes. I kept my expectations low but left satisfied. Length and thickness was good. They had a lot of neutral colors which was nice. Her English was a lot better than a lot of the Chinese nail salons I've been to. I paid a little more than I was hoping. Acrylic with gel polish was $40 + a $5 tip where I usually pay $35 for my normal lady. Overall it was a good experience. Friendly, made some conversation. I got a little laugh when she told me my finger was crooked though....I'm assuming she saw Anjelah Johnson's nail salon. But definitely someone I would recommend and return to if needed. read more

Poor customer service they kept bouncing back-and-forth between customers. I went in expecting a full mani but instead paid $25 for gel polish that didn't even cover the full nail and a 20second massage. Only thing I liked about this nail salon was they offered me water. read more

Terrible experience! Made an appointment, only person in the salon, not greeted, Stephanie acted mad and rushed the whole time, Pedicure took her maybe 10 min. Started the manicure and she kept clipping my cuticle, still very rushed, told her to stop, I was done. She didn't offer an apology or discount on the unfinished manicure.
