Covid happened, so we put off lessons and that payment. When I called back to start lessons again, Ed said he did not remember that conversation and accused me of trying to haggle his prices. He was laughing at me and being extremely rude. I am so offended by his attitude towards me when I was only going off of what he told me initially. Terrible service.

My 2 older nieces go to Jeanette (so double kudos to her). They describe her as patient, kind, funny, and encouraging! They both really love the fact that they get prizes for finishing songs in their lesson books! Jeanette always has a bunch of fun and cool prizes that the girls get to take home with! This really encourages the girls to always want to go above and beyond and learn more songs. My youngest niece goes to Gabrielle and she is awesome. I sit in there with her through her lessons and my youngest is super shy so there are a lot of times where she will be silent but Gabrielle always makes her feel comfortable and will accommodate to my youngest and not force her to talk. My youngest describes Gabrielle as patient, nice and funny. She has learned a lot since her lessons with Gabrielle and loves getting stickers and balloons all the time.

They told me what (more or less) I already knew about the instrument and then walked me through the options for repairing it using them. I chose that. They told me two to five days and it was barely two. The repairs were great and the service was awesome! The older gentleman is also a wealth of not only musical and instrumental knowledge but also the history around so many things that you can only get by being in the field for a long period of time.
