Callie said that she had a cancellation earlier in the day and wanted me to come in at 1:30 instead of 3:30. She said that she could still do 3:30 if I preferred. When I said no, I can't come in earlier than 3:30 she said that it's not going to work today due to a "scheduling conflict" and actually tried to blame me, saying that she made many attempts to get ahold of me sooner while I was asleep. She did not offer to reschedule. Again, I scheduled 4 days in advance online AND had to give them my credit card number in order to secure my appointment. I specifically made my appointment 9 days in advance because I was attending a wedding and needed a guaranteed time slot for a blowout. When booking, I clearly repeated the correct Saturday three separate times, yet the appointment was still scheduled for the wrong date. I understand mistakes happen, so as soon as I received the confirmation text with the incorrect date, I immediately called to have it corrected. The receptionist assured me it would be fixed. Several days later, I then received a text from the stylist saying my appointment had been canceled and asking if I wanted to book another one. I replied right away explaining that I had never canceled my appointment. Since I received no response, I decided to call myself because the last thing I wanted was to be left without service on the day of the wedding. Madison, the stylist, told me that I had originally been booked on the wrong date and that the time I requested was no longer available. She offered me a different time, but that was extremely frustrating since my entire day had already been planned around the original appointment. I then asked to be booked with another stylist at the time I needed. She promised to get back to me -- but never did. No one followed up, no one fixed the mistake, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. The complete lack of communication and accountability was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.
