When booking, I clearly repeated the correct Saturday three separate times, yet the appointment was still scheduled for the wrong date. I understand mistakes happen, so as soon as I received the confirmation text with the incorrect date, I immediately called to have it corrected. The receptionist assured me it would be fixed. Several days later, I then received a text from the stylist saying my appointment had been canceled and asking if I wanted to book another one. I replied right away explaining that I had never canceled my appointment. Since I received no response, I decided to call myself because the last thing I wanted was to be left without service on the day of the wedding. Madison, the stylist, told me that I had originally been booked on the wrong date and that the time I requested was no longer available. She offered me a different time, but that was extremely frustrating since my entire day had already been planned around the original appointment. I then asked to be booked with another stylist at the time I needed. She promised to get back to me -- but never did. No one followed up, no one fixed the mistake, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience.
