While my husband is more skeptical of this modality for himself, he's fully supportive of my interest in it because he immediately saw that shift in my mood and noticed that I've been generally happier ever since. Before the session began Katie started by getting information about my experience/lack of with Reiki and what I wanted to get out of the session (had I had a session before? What did I want to work on? What specific questions was I looking to have answered during the session?) While I was initially a little nervous about the process Katie put me at ease before we started by providing lots of information about what Reiki is and how the session would go. During the session the insights she provided me with were accurate, and especially good reminders of parts of myself that I'd been neglecting/things to remember to focus on while work and the rest of my life have been so busy! Katie has an incredible gift and a passion for what she does that is obvious as soon as you meet her. I am already looking forward to booking my next session.

Katie advise that it would be helpful to focus on what I would hope to get out of the practice. She was great at being very patient, let me take my time to set my intentions for the practice, and answered every single question that I had. As soon as the session started I felt a shift in my energy. I got emotional and felt very safe to do so in Katie's presence. Her energy is very gentle and loving. After the treatment was done, I felt as balanced and relaxed like I do after acupuncture treatments. I've been practicing yoga for about a decade and am pretty picky about where I go...usually that…read morecomes from practice style and actual physical space...then comes available practice times. I am happy that Yoga passage exists and has a GREAT schedule for those who (like me) live outside the city but still want to get their yoga on. I am not overly fond of all of the teaching styles BUT if your practice is advanced enough you can manage your way through a lot of classes putting in modifications where necessary. I would like to be able to try something other than the 2 time periods over lunch to get a better sense of staff/practice styles here. Change rooms for women is eensy....but no one ever showers at lunch so there is never a line up for me. Isn't that weird though? Out of 2 classes of about 40 ppl of which 90% are women I am the ONLY PERSON WHO SHOWERS. Ick. Anyway, lots of space to move, classes you can make over your lunch hour.

I work downtown so I literally yelped which yoga location would be closest to my place of employment in hopes to frequent the studio after work a couple days per week. I'm so glad that Yoga passage came up in my phone -I really lucked out. The first time I showed up the staff were super friendly and helpful and I signed up for the 4 week unlimited pass for $40. Over the course of the 4 weeks I've managed to attend 8 yoga classes making this pass so worthwhile at $5 a class. The classes are packed, and everyone is so focused on bettering their practice; it's refreshing. The instructors are fantastic, I love yoga because it's a great workout but I also really enjoy the mental/spiritual side of it. I think the instructors do a great job of helping you let go of your day and really help you accept and love yourself. If you are feeling down or having a bad day you should check out a yoga class! There are so many times I don't feel like dragging my butt to yoga but I'm always so grateful that I did. Seriously you guys, this place is the best.

I am incredibly disappointed. They are incredibly cruel and uncaring towards customers. I would…read moreexpect more from a yoga studio. My dad is in in the hospital. I was late for class for 6 minutes and reception didn't let me into the class. I was attending with a guest who I introduced to the studio so I had to wait an hour in your reception area. This is incredibly disappointing. I'm not sure why 6 minutes is different from 5 min since reception said 5 min allowable. It's literally a minute late past the cut-off.

Took on their explorer pass for 2 weeks and have had the best experience by far in Calgary. The staff is always welcoming and friendly (they'll even remember your name)! The instructors are patient, friendly, and knowledgable. Classes here are always a great time and definitely work up a good sweat.
