There is an adorable mascot guarding the building - Rags, such a sweetie pie. Our instructor, Steve was very friendly and informative, he has been sailing his whole life and this is second nature to him, we spent a couple of hours out on the lake and I have to say that I loved it!! There was another couple on the boat that were super sweet and we definitely had a great time learning and hearing all of the stories Steve had to tell about the area way back when. I fell in love with sailing and we are hoping to get the lessons for two in the near future. I can't wait.

From day one, the boat was delivered with the wrong propeller, (Which Dillon took it out to the lake to test out and didn't check it properly) this has affected its performance, and despite bringing it to their attention, they have refused to correct the issue. To make matters worse, now they are telling me they no longer service Polar boats, even though my boat is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Instead of standing behind the products they sold, they are leaving customers to drive hours away for warranty service without offering any assistance or solutions. Buying a new boat should come with reliable customer service and support after the sale. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I cannot recommend Portside Marine based on the lack of customer service, unwillingness to resolve warranty issues, and refusal to correct a problem that existed from the day I took delivery of the boat.
