I took my 2025 Lincoln Corsair here to have the front two windows and windshield tinted. It should have been a simple job, which is why this whole experience is so frustrating. After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. Tint was not cut straight, larger on one side than the other. They agreed to fix it and had me come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it's clear there is little to no quality control in place. When I brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier--which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn't work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. Along with manger never getting out from behind the desk on 5/2 to see yet again another problem with the job. The job wasn't done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage I would not recommend going here. TL;DR + Great service + Great communication + Quality workmanship - YMMV on time of service/wait, so make sure you discuss ahead of time. Yelped a car detailer in preparation for some much needed TLC. I had always driven by this place and wondered about all the exotic cars outside here and it looked consistently busy. Never though too much about it. I had definitely put in the miles over the years, and the road trips and work travels put a damper on my ride. Never had the car detailed or professionally cleaned in the four years I've owned it. The last year pretty much only did a light vacuum or dusting. In the operating room, surgeons are known for their precision. Well, if years of auto neglect are beginning to rear its ugly head, then stop sitting in that dingy car and call a professional, STAT. And Winter Park Auto Spa is absolutely surgical with their operation. Called and set up an appointment with Martin for a few days out. Quoted a price over the phone that seemed a bit high but I knew the work that would need to be done and I knew it was no easy task. I was quoted a timeframe of about 4-6 hours to get all the detailing done so I asked a friend for a drop-off and vehicle loan. Had to do some car finagling as this is my only and daily driver. I left my car overnight, but still had to return the next day to drop off the keys. (I later found out I could have dropped my keys in the slot but it was alright as I wanted to walk around and discuss areas of attention before servicing.) I needed work done on the cloth seats, some dash detailing, floor mats and carpet of course, and the headlights needed some sprucing up as I was noticing a major lack of visibility at night. After walking around, discussing the options, and a thorough education from Martin on the products used, I again, was quoted a fair price for the package. Was it more than I expected? Sure. But stretch it out over the years I didn't do anything, and it's not a stretch. If I wanted to spend three hours retouching the car after I picked it up, sure I could have taken it elsewhere and spent a lot less. There's a reason there's Maseratis and Bentleys in and out of this place. These guys mean business. Martin called that afternoon and said there might be a bit longer wait, due to some staffing concerns. I was ok with that as he explained about the seat detailing and drying and doing the work by hand himself. I was happy to oblige; in the end, the car was still completed on time with the original estimate. When it came time to pick it up, Martin had left for the day but another staff member had stayed behind so I could get my vehicle, as it was kept til after close. That was a great touch as I could easily see another business telling me I'd have to check out the next day or something. I was in awe of how good my car could look. The headlights were crisp again, the seats were black (instead of the dingy grey they had been for the last year), and the interior looked showroom ready. Definitely a top-notch job done here. Again, you get what you pay for, and I did neglect the detailing for years, so my costs were a bit higher, but I expect future visits to be lower and I have no problem with bringing my car back to WP Auto Spa for both the service and quality. read more

I have driven by this place a few times and always glanced at it due to the assortment of high-end cars receiving services on a regular basis, that and the fact they are ALWAYS busy (a good sign). So I thought if it's good enough for an S-Class it's good enough for my Volkswagen. As soon as you walk in you can tell they run a tight ship in this place. Everyone is very professional, the bay area is very clean and organized. After a quick walk around the car with Ray I was advised to get the full detail to address the concerns I had, and per my request the Paintless Dent Removal to fix a small door ding that has been bothering me for a while. He then quoted me a price, which I thought was fair, and set up the appointment. The results were truly worth the wait, and the quality of the work was exceptional both inside and out. I was very pleased with the outcome, until the next day when I opened my hood to check the fluids, and got a real treat. What used to be layers of dust and grease was now a spotless engine. WORST PLACE EVER! Please before you bring your car here read the report we sent to the BBB. The owner does nothing but lie! We had both our cars detailed at Winter Park Auto Spa when picking up our car the rugs and seats smelled and were soaking wet and when they used the steamer on the rugs on one of our cars, they hit the passenger side floor board and took all the paint off our car. The owner said he would have it repainted at a reputable paint and body shop. He also said he would give us our money back on our car as he said it was his fault. He said the steamer is very hot and high pressure. He never gave us the money back and when we picked up the car the paint had all bubbles in it and was not sticking to the floor board. When we asked him about it, he said I am done I have done all I can and started screaming. He said our car was in an accident and that is why the paint would not stick! He said he looked up the vin # which was a lie. He also said take me to court and how can you have so much pride in driving that car it's not like you drive a Lamborghini! He would not tell us what shop our car was painted jumped in his car screaming and drove off living us with one of his workers and later we found out from one of his workers that he just had bought the paint at Sherwin-Williams, he must have tried to paint it himself. We were told by one of his workers to take the car to get an estimate. The estimate came to $451.00 which he would not pay. We reported him to the BBB and once again he lied saying our car was all ding up, bad paint, cracked dash board and the car was in an accident! None of this was true, there are pictures of the car on the BBB site and also the car fax that shows from the dealer the car was never in an accident. When he seen all our proof and pictures of our car which is not ding up, no bad paint and the dashboard is not all cracked he started having one of his workers finish the report to the BBB. Please save your money go to someone who cares for their customers. We are guessing that he didn't want to report another claim to his insurance company or he may be canceled. This man asked to let him redeem himself and we tried but he is a very bad business man and could careless once he gets your money. We thought we would give him time but we have got nothing but dead silence from him. Save your money and even if your drive a Lamborghini keep driving. My mother spilt 2.5 gallons of paint inside her car, and it was a total disaster. Desmond at Winter Park auto spa was fast to greet us and start attacking the problem when we dropped the car off. The price he gave us was extremely reasonable. I'm sure the car took much longer to clean than he first anticipated, but he kept working on it until he was comfortable giving it back to us, all while charging only the cheap price he initially quoted. Was told $150 on the phone, got there and he told me $175 which was fine, I know my car was pretty dirty and had a lot of dog hair on the seats... I left having paid $215 though, so just keep in mind an estimate on the phone is just an estimate, and you'll pay more than the price he gives you for tax and a tip. It kinda wiped me out and left me kind of regretting splurging on getting my car cleaned tbh, but they did do an awesome job. They did also take my car seat cover that I have on my backseat off and forget to put it back, so I have to make an extra trip to get it, but that's whatever. In terms of location. this place is often overlooked but it's a great place to get your window's tinted. upon coming in today there was a Mercedes SL550 getting work done so I know they will do a great job here. On the intersection of Formosa/Fairbanks....it's a small shop that prides itself in the work they do. Ray the technician was very helpful and price is very fair. On the website they advertise a 15% discount if you make an appointment. The only tint they offer is a Llumar type of tint which doesn't fade/crack as long as you own the car. As for the shop..its somewhat small but the viewing of your car being worked on is a big plus for me. The staff that works here is very knowledgeable and helpful and help you pick what darkness of the tint that you want. I ended up getting 20% all around for my vehicle. The most I like about this place is they were very flexible after calling in to get my car done. Saturday morning everywhere else was booked until 5-6pm and they were able to get my vehicle in 30 min after I called in. (I'm still getting my vehicle tinted as I'm typing this but overall I am liking the outcome. I will provide another update sometime later) read more

I had accidentally driven over road paint on Sunday night and discovered it Monday morning. I had googled what to do and they said to take it to a detail shop. I called Winter Park Auto Spa as they were the first to come up in my search. They told me they could take care of my car right away. When I arrived at Winter Park Auto Spa Desmond was there to greet me and look at my car. He was so friendly and knowledgeable of how to get the paint off. He told me it could be a day or two depending on how easy the paint came off. Later that day Desmond called to let me know that he wasn't done yet and need another day. The next day when I got the call that my car was ready to pick up, I was nervous to see how it looked. I got there and saw that Desmond had done an amazing job! I bought my 2011 RAV4 new and the first year I waxed it a few times and then...... I just moved down from NY so my car was subjected to snow, salt, etc.I also had many paint chips and my carpet needed a huge cleaning. I had a few spots where paint was peeling as well. Martin was able to touch up all the chips and even found a workable solution for the peeling paint. The attention to detail was meticulous. I even had some window tinting done. Did I pay more than other places? Yes, but no other detail shop would guarantee my carpet would be 100% clean and none of them wanted any part of my paint problem. This was truly a case where paying extra for premium service was worth it. Oh, I almost forgot. They dropped me off and picked me up (I do live a "reasonable distance from them but certainly not down the block). Highly recommended! read more

When I take a car to be detailed, it is because it needs it. The bonus if you go here, is that you can be showered with unnecessary, insulting comments about how dirty the car is and what a great deal you got, and then the promise of "never again" because the job was tougher than expected. If you are looking for quality work, this is the place. Martin (I think he's the owner) really went out of his way to go above and beyond. I had my car detailed here previously and they did an amazing job. This is not your typical detail, it is much more thorough and they put a coating on that makes future cleanings much easier. I just visited again today after realizing that I ran over paint on the highway and it was streamed across the side of my car, in the wheel wells, and on the tires!
