This place makes their own juices, I prefer that. Endless variety of flavors. Prices higher than I am used to, but I am not from Ohio. I could not say if it was comparables for the area. They do have a loyalty program which I appreciate. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely come back to this location. read more

I was turned onto this place from one of their employees (Gage). He is an old friend of mine from high school. I was taken back at how massive their inventory is. I've worked my way up the vaping food chain to RDA devices. After visiting several other shop, it's nice to see a vape shop that has a sizable selection for more advanced users. While I still consider myself a noob when it comes to rebuilding atomizers, the staff there seems genuinely eager to answer my questions and send me on the right path the vaping bliss. They even make custom flavors of juice! A few members of the staff have blends they made themselves (ask Mike for the fruity blend, it is hands down the best juice I've ever had). you can always find most things cheaper on line...except experience. Yes, with all the forums and web sites out there I thought I was pretty self sufficient at finding the best devices and deals online. I was wrong. The staff know their stuff, you can try many mods and flavors and get a real old fashioned customer service type store. These guys WANT to help you and pass on knowledge. I bought a large battery with USB capabilities and digital readout for the unit with tank $135.00 I also bought four large bottles of vapor mate e liquids I was deployed and I did not get to use my e -cigarette till I got back it worked great when I bought it then it worked for about 3 weeks and it just died wouldn't do anything, it looks brand new still has the stickers over the LED when I bought it the salesman said if you have any problems bring it back we will take care of you. Even though it looks brand new and doesn't have a scratch on it ,they said they would not return it but they would give me a deal on e-liquid if I bought a new one. I have bought three starter kits, extra batteries, extra cartridges and wicks, e-liquids,tips, etc. my fiance buys her mother's tobacco and tubes my brothers and sister used to buy all there tobacco tubes and e- liquids here until I told them how I was treated . I am the corporate safety director for the company that I work for I used to except all receipts from Stuff and Puff for employees to try quit smoking. I sent out a memo I will no longer accept receipts from any of their locations in Ohio or Florida or any of our guys that go through Charleston South Carolina. I will however show them the store in Northfield Ohio that is s selling vapor products on route 8 and the new store opening in Macedonia and I will accept receipts from both of those stores. I will no longer accept anything to do with Stuff and Puff. I will do my best to put on all of my blogs, company blogs and also in the city's newsletters. I have never done anything like this in my life I don't even like returning things to stores but if this is how you're going to treat me and my business I am going to do everything I can to expose you as a business and how you treat customers, and I will post prices of other stores in your direct vicinity to show how much more you charge, and lack in customer service, between my personal blogs and my work blogs I have over 7,000 followers in Ohio alone, I do not appreciate the way I was treated or how I was spoken to in a condescending manner, I am going to make sure that every customer that I have on the weekends, I will put a piece of paper in every bag that a customer gets in Northfield, Sagamore Hills, Macedonia ,Boston Heights ,Bedford And the 2 locations in Akron and Canton that lists the new vape stores in Northfield on Route 8 and Macedonia along with a competitive price list they were HAPPY to provide. I have never done anything like this before, its not even the point of the money if you treat somebody the way I was treated you deserve everything you get. I will try my hardest to tell every single person I come in contact with about my experience with this store. I will Blog, Facebook, And Pay to all local City, Township, and Neighborhood, Newsprints ,The Classifieds Ads which are very inexpensive. Anything I can do to show how you conduct business. Just starting out in the business Stuffs-N-Puffs has a great selection and very reasonable prices.

We came in to roll our carton and after we walked in we waited at the front desk for help. There was a male employee speaking to another customer up front- we waited at least 3 minutes and there was no acknowledgement of our arrival or a "hi, be with you in 1 second". So we just walked out and went somewhere else. Its one thing to keep people waiting but its another when you don't even say hello. The customer is always right, apparently that male worker does not know that. read more
