Doesn't matter if you're a newbie like, if you don't understand something or have a question, they make an effort to explain things to you and are overall real nice. Prices don't seem bad, can get a simple bong for $59.99. This place also manages to keep Raw cones in stock unlike the Kings of Vapor in Fairlawn.
