The service and the staff have become friends - truly lovely people. When you go, ask to meet Danny, the second generation of chef owners - he has taken their recipes to a new level. I was mostly looking for ground pork because I couldn't find it anywhere in the grocery stores. But then I couldn't help but purchase some other protein - since it's so hard to find nowadays! It was an easy pick up process at the Ann Arbor warehouse with clear directions. Note that they offer pick up all throughout MI and as far as KZOO, Grand Rapids, and Bay City! Some things to consider: *The timing -- you have until the Monday of, for pick up on the following Friday. For instance, I placed my order today (5/8) for pick up on 5/15. *The meat comes frozen! So if you're planning a meal, be sure to buffer in some thaw time.
