I walked in, the crew was so sweet and having a great time. Watching them make crepes was very cool! I opted for the Sedona. A breakfast crepe with chorizo, egg, and potato. The place we intended to have brunch had a long wait and we saw some people sitting outside Stuffed with crepes that looked and smelled incredible so we made a call and changed course. We had one sweet and one savory crepe and both were excellent. The Vermont was scrambled eggs, bacon and a tangy aioli that were perfect together! The Malibu was completely full of fruit with lemon curd that made it bright. The service was friendly and helpful. We had the Santa Fe and the Californian Crepes, our picky eater had a waffle with Nutella and bananas. All excellent tasting. The dining area is self serve, and limited seating but we came at a time when it was pretty quiet. We didn't feel rushed and were able to relax after eating. Amazing place. It was my first time there and the women at the counter was more than happy to share her review of each crepe that I was considering. I eventually settled on two, a savory egg and cheese, which I ate at their outdoor seating, I then got a dessert crepe of Carmel and bananas to go. Both crepes were stuffed to the max. I've had crepes before and they've been flat with barely anything inside. These crepes were both like 2 inches high. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food. This was a spot the family and I stopped for breakfast in downtown Bozeman before I left for home. I also ordered a coffee black and we all were very well "stuffed" and pleased with the amount and quality of the food and coffee.
