L O C A T I O N Biankini's is located off of Oak St and 19th Ave in a shopping area that has a lot of parking that's also shared by other businesses I N S I D E There is plenty of seating inside with seating and tables that can easiliy be arranged for larger parties if you're eating the food there. M E N U They have a variety of sandwich options as well as build your own. They also have salads. They also have fountain drinks and cups for water if that's your choice. We got a BLT as well as a Cubano and another sandwich that I forgot the name of. They were all okay with ingredients feeling fresh. I was a bit disappointed when I saw the sandwiches though, as I was hoping for larger sandwiches with more filling considering the BLT was ~ $14 and the Cubano ~$15. S E R V I C E We ordered at the counter and easily paid by card. The sandwiches were all made in a timely order. When asking for a to-go container they told me they have the foil on the side to wrap our sandwiches. Pretty no nonsense service which is fine. O V E R A L L I think maybe each sandwich can be a hit or miss depending on what you get. But the prices just take me a bit back. I'm sure we might be back as there really isn't many sandwich/salad options in the area. And perhaps exploring the menu might give us a better idea of which ones are more worth it. Quality is so unreliable and considering how high the prices are it's frustrating. Something is always forgotten. Just such a bummer as their sandwiches are so yummy when they're made right. I asked for mustard and for some reason I ended up with half the bottle. No lettuce, no pickle, just gobs of mustard. Last time onion, lettuce and tomato were forgotten. We ordered the #9 and the #16. The Italian sandwich was loaded with the perfect amount of cold cuts as well as lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion. It was dressed with just the right amount of vinaigrette on the best ciabatta bread I've ever tasted. Super soft but at the same time held together well. The roast beef sandwich was also made well loaded with ingredients and the right amount of horseradish sauce. The employees were all very nice and friendly. Great place to grab a sandwich. read more

The #3 turkey sandwich is absolutely delicious. However, the listed price is for a half sandwich. If you want a full sandwich add $3. Misleading. Also we have been coming here for years and the sandwich itself has shrunk by about 1/3. The cost was $17.95. No extras- just a smallish sandwich. I usually order sandwiches togo from here for lunch. I like to build my own and they are always very tasty!

First off we HAVE loved this place for over 10 years now BUT... This was our second time in the last 2 months with really bad service and staff who had bad attitudes and some poor food. Went with my 8 year old today at 1pm and ordered to go: 1/2 BLT with avacado on Chibatai bread with 1/2 salad(make your own salad) 2 regular mustard potatoe salads 1 bag of chips 2 fountain drinks kids grilled cheese 1 cup tomatoe soup It was very busy, we waited in line for about 10/15 minutes just to order food(we are ok with this because this has been a favorite lunch spot for us) Food came out in decent time. Went through our bag like we always do before leaving...all the items and I am not kidding here including silverwear and the napkins had salad dressing oil all over them, everything. It was disgusting. Several people at tables next to us also said that happened to them too. BLT sandwich was not in bag so went back up to them, I repeated the sandwich order and we waited, they said they would bring it out to us. BLT came with no avacado on it or mayo, mustard brought it back up and repeated what the sandwich order was BLT came back again still no mayo or mustard(I was pretty over it by then) 1/2 salad was a make your own- they gave me the daily salad special and added all of my extra veggies to it. I dont like strawberries and the salad they "made" had it it, brought this to their attention also that it wasnt what I had ordered. Salad came back almost the exact same with salad dressing all over the salad and container coming out everywhere. potatoe salads had 3-4 pieces of raw not cooked all the way through potatoes...thought we had celery in our mouths then looked nope its potatoes... It was a very sad day for us, we spent almost $50 on a lunch, food, silverwear, napkins, bags had dressing and oil all over them where we ended up with salad dressing on our clothes and all over the table just taking out items to make sure we had everything before we left the restuarant. Staff were rude, upset when brought food items back that were incorrect(we looked at ticket with staff 2x's with items ordered and both times for salad and sandwhich they just didnt read the order correctly), didnt apologize or kind about the mistakes. Overall the soup was delicouse and that was it. They have lost our whole family as customers and are on the look out for a new lunch spot. So sad. read more

We just wanted a simple lunch, and stopped in here. The featured sandwich was a Santa Fe Reuben, so having lived in NM, thought we'd try it out. We split one sandwich, and were glad we did - it was plenty for the two of us old folks. However, we weren't sure what was supposed to be Santa Fe about it - no notice of chili or other southwestern spice. Atmosphere was very coffee-house casual. I Had the chicken Caesar salad, my family had sandwiches. Two had #1 and really enjoyed it. One had a build your own and it was sloppy with Mayo gushing out the sides. Large selection of sandwich options, they offer specialty sandwiches all of which are offered on a chibatta roll or you can build your own. They also have a build your own salad station which seemed popular, you choose the greens and protein and select up to 4 toppings. They also do half sandwich and half salad lunch options. The check out process is odd, you go to your specific station to order (sandwich or salad) and then the pay station is in a corner right next to the salad station, it's very tucked in and it gets super crowded/odd to figure out who is ahead of you. We built our own sandwich on 5 grain bread. The bred was very dry, very crumbly. The meat was very good as well as all the toppings. Overall though it was expensive to build your own sandwich. The base starts off at about $9 and then it's a $1 for additional toppings, $1 for cheese, $1 for mayo/mustard, etc. With what we ordered a simple sandwich was $12, not including chips or drink. Place was clean, everyone was friendly. 3 stars for price, bread quality and order process. read more

First visit and am impressed with the menu choices and service today - very friendly and a wide variety. I went for the cubano sandwich and classic potato salad. The sandwich was good and huge but I think smashing it in a panini would have made their (really good!) ciabatta bread even better. The potato salad was really wet (which I liked) but needs some more kick - pickles, black pepper or maybe both? Their salads looked great and they have plenty of fresh ingredients. It was very disappointing. We ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with a cup of soup. Cost us $The grilled cheese was so bad I can't believe they even serve it as a sandwich. They should call it toasted bread. They put one small piece of cheese between two pieces and charge you $4.50 or gluten free is $6.50. We added avocado and bacon to one. That up charge was $7.50. More then the original sandwich. So we spent $14.00 on two pieces of bread, one slice of cheese with avocado and two strips of bacon. Now I would say that is a bit over priced. Soup was ok nothing memorable. If you are charging $6.25 for a cup of soup it should be good. Dinning area is on the dirty side. There was a broken table half tip over in the middle of the dining area. This restaurant was a real disappointment. I would not recommend it. read more

Love this place! This is my go to place when I'm Bozeman and want a sandwich. My go to is the turkey avocado, but they are all delicious. The best part is their soup. Every time I come here there are two different homemade soups to choose from. There is also a freezer full of different kids of soup to take home. I visited Biankini's on the first day it was open (October 2010). I ordered the Italian Mortadella and Salami with Provolone sandwich on ciabatta. It was a good sandwich but felt the portions of meat were actually too large and took away from the potential flavor of the sandwich. The Italian vinaigrette was a good match with the meats and bread. They also offer soups and have a very good looking salad bar. Remember it was the first day they were open and I'm sure they will be dialing everything in based on customer feedback. Looking forward to visiting them again in a few weeks. read more

Best sandwich in Bozeman as far as I'm concerned. They have remained consistent with their sandwiches throughout Covid, which is hard to do. This place has potential. Came in today to order #11 veggie sandwhich- Avocado, lettuce, onion, tomato, sprouts & pickles. Asked for no cheese, roasted bell peppers instead of peppercini and mustard instead of house spread.. Came on delicious ciabatta bread although it was difficult to enjoy.. My sandwhich was drowned in Mustard :( They ran out of sprouts, didn't bother informing me, instead just served my sandwhich as is. Sandwiches would be 10x better if used lettuce leaf or romaine instead of shredded bits of iceberg lettuce. Bell pepper came in one big piece instead of appropriate slices. Asked for extra avocado, instead sandwhich came with 3 slivers of avocado. Kinda sad about the whole experience. Ending on a positive note, Staff was nice. read more
