One of the things we enjoyed about our stay in Bozeman was the ability to use Uber Eats and DoorDash! There were so many options available and this place caught my eye. I LOVE Mediterranean food, but my teens aren't die hard fans like me. Still, I wanted to try this place and they agreed. My youngest and I ordered the Street Cart Döner Wrap. It was huge! We both thought it was just okay. For me, it needed something more to send it over the top, like some toum or more hummus or tzatziki. My oldest ordered the Spitz Gyro and couldn't stop talking about it for 3 days. She LOVED it! I also ordered the mixed fries with their regular and sweet potato fries and the sauce--that was really good. Since my daughter kept talking about her gyro and wanted it again, we actually ordered from here again a couple nights later. She got her gyro again and I ordered the Medi Bowl with quinoa and chicken. THAT was phenomenal--loaded with flavor and everything tasted great. Placing a large order for pick up can be challenging, I know. But I placed the order at 9:30 am, an hour an half before the store opens. I scheduled for the pick up at 11:30 and still they were not ready. When the food was out, nothing as labeled to let me know what I ordered. In fact, I had to label the food and the boxes myself. The four of us (five with baby) came just before 7PM on a Fri night and the line was out the door. That tells you it's the place to be! The dining area is decent size, so we were able to find a table (lots of people ordering to go). They have outdoor seating....which would be great if the weather was nice. My bride ordered the Medi bowl with Chicken and I went with the Remix Bowl with Beef/Lamb. We both loved our selections! They were both so flavorful we really enjoyed them. The food here is amazing and it is a dream for every vegan/vegetarian! I love that there is an entire vegan menu and I can't wait to try everything. Spitz has some learning to do as "the new hot spot" in Bozeman, but overall I'm grateful to have a spot like this in our town! I'm going to hold them at 4 stars hoping they'll continue to improve and get better as they're open longer and find their stride. We really needed a Mediterranean option here (although we do have a Shawarma truck on 7th). Spitz has a broad menu and plenty of options that makes it easy to find something for anyone in your family. I've had their gyros, falafel, salads, and sides, but honestly everything coming out of the kitchen has looked tasty and I'm excited to keep trying some different things. You can also order "combo" fries to get the best of regular and sweet to see what you prefer. Make sure to try all their different sauces too! Vibes are overall good inside too - casual, laid back and with a splash of local flair. Things to be aware of: They're still figuring out how much meat they need on a regular basis and have run out of Lamb/Beef at least two of the times I've personally been there several weeks apart. They also haven't quite found their pace in the kitchen, with dishes taking a bit longer than they should. But, they have been transparent before taking orders letting you know when it'll be a bit longer than you might hope. Also, maybe an odd comment, but they'd benefit from finding a different lettuce vendor. Their lettuce is sub-par and there are some great options available to source otherwise here-- even for Montana. read more

Spending a couple of nights in Bozeman this restaurant was near our hotel. We were looking for takeout so we could crash at the hotel. Ordered the Street Cart fries with all 3 extra meats and a half order of wings. Fries were some of the best loaded fries we've ever had and the wings were delicious as well!! However, the last couple of times we've gone after 6pm, the staff is so high they are barely functional. Red eyes, no greeting at the counter to order, just deadpan stares and no acknowledgment of your existence. Website ordering wasn't working, so after 1/2 hour of trying to order online, we decided to go to the location and order in-person. 1 hour later, we finally got our food to go (2 salads & a wrap). Was told that the kitchen was backed up due to online ordering. I understand new businesses having growing pains, but this franchise has several locations - experience should have been much more efficient. When we arrived there was a note taped on the door reading that they ran out of falafel so my wife and I ordered our meals with the gyro protein. Our meals as always were flavorful but the gyro meat was over cooked or just left out too long as it was dry and crunchy. Tasty, delicious American-Mediterranean fusion dishes. The atmosphere is great. I just wish I had less time to appreciate it and more time to spend eating. This is supposed to be fast food, but there is nothing fast about it. Prepare to wait at least 30-45 minutes before actually enjoying your food, and that's the best-case scenario. Sometimes they forget to put your wrap on the press, and you end up waiting aimlessly until someone says, "Oh, I'm sorry, we forgot your food." I'd love to recommend this place, but I just can't. It sucks, because we really enjoy the food here, so it feels like we're in a toxic relationship with this place. We keep coming back, hoping they'll fix their service, and every time it's a disappointment. As I was writing this, the manager came over and apologized profusely. OK wine options, Good beer options. No other liquor. (Didn't try their house sangria but I hear it's amazing!) Staff is 10/10- comped our beer after messing up an order. All is super friendly, cute and kind! Food is good. Fresh food makes all the difference and they delivered! All of our food looks and tastes fresh! Little to no Grease.
