The staff are consistently friendly, the public areas are spotless, and security is always kind and welcoming when you come to visit. Parking is plentiful, with both paved spots and shaded parking available in front of buildings under the trees. The food is delicious, and the dining plan makes daily life easy and enjoyable. You can grab a quick order at the bistro or sit down for a more traditional restaurant-style meal. There are daily activities -- with even more during the holidays and different seasons -- and they decorate beautifully for every occasion. The rooms are lovely, bright, and comfortable. I personally drove her to the facility and provided a 30-minute arrival window, followed by a 10-minute advance notice before we arrived. Despite this, no one was prepared to receive her. When we arrived, there was no staff member to greet us, and it took over 20 minutes for someone to locate a wheelchair. During that entire time, my mother-in-law--an elderly patient--was forced to wait in the car, in the Florida heat, which was completely unacceptable. The care only worsened once she was inside. When my mother-in-law asked a tech nurse for assistance to use the bathroom, she was shockingly told to "go urinate in your diaper." This comment was not only degrading and cruel, but deeply concerning for a healthcare facility that is supposed to care for vulnerable patients with dignity and compassion. I raised these serious concerns directly with the CEO and requested accountability. Although we had a face-to-face meeting, I never received any follow-up, explanation, or response afterward. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise families to place their loved ones elsewhere. The lack of preparation, basic care, and respect shown here is alarming. No one deserves to be treated this way. The only positive is that the rehab technicians were very good.

I've done 5 visits here so far…read more I've been seen and treated by both Dr. Mike Surdis and Dr. Cherry. Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

LONG POST ALERT How…read moreis this a "CareRite" facility when they can't even provide care right? This place is straight up fraud. As someone who works in the medical field, it is disappointing what I witnessed during my dad's stay at this facility. I'm going to break down my complaints by department. Nursing- Most of the nurses are either new or incompetent. I encountered a few nurses that knew what they were doing but on multiple occasions I found myself having to elaborate on how to do things for my dad. I have seen nurses ignore doctor's orders for my dad and when I got to the facility I would always end up having to report it to the nursing supervisor. I have pictures to prove it. Luckily the nursing supervisors there are nice. The CNAs also for the most part kept my dad clean but he did tell me he had to get up on his own multiple times risking falling just to go the restroom because his call light would go unanswered for a while. Lastly infection control there is not good. Multiple patients on isolation precautions but no nurses in sight wearing the proper protective equipment, just going from patient to patient. Case Management- I honestly don't know why they are there because they never provide any updates on the patient's status. Weekly meetings are done yet no updates provided to the patient's family. Not only that, they switch patient's insurance without the consent of the patient and bill for unnecessary services. Fraud at its finest. Discharge is so unorganized since they use a third party company to arrange everything. Patients are at risk of leaving the facility without the proper things arranged at home which cause unsafe discharges. God forbid the patient stays after their discharge date due to their lack of planning, then they threaten you with a bill. The case management team is rude and not helpful except for one person. The grievance officer there also useless and rude. Housekeeping- My dad came into the facility with a duffle bag full of clothes and belongings and left with pretty much nothing. They lost everything and use items on other patients. I reported missing items multiple items and was told a grievance would be filed and if the items couldn't be found I would only be reimbursed if I had receipts of everything I bought that went missing. Absolutely absurd. PT/OT- The therapists are nice but the therapy provided to the patients here are a joke. My dad honestly was stronger went his first came than when he was discharged. Front Desk- I have no complaints. They were honestly the best part about this facility. Very nice and professional, very helpful. Overall if it was up to me my dad wouldn't have stayed at this facility for as long as he did but he needed some type of rehab and was limited on choices based on his insurance. This place boasts about how they provide such good care and therapy and how they involve patients family on progress but it is all lies. Avoid this facility. UPDATE: I got a phone call from the administrator trying to resolve the situation regarding the missing belongings. I was promised reimbursement and still haven't received it. That was 4 weeks ago. If the administrator can't even resolve a simple issue, I wouldn't trust putting your family here!
