Friendly and astute staff and an interesting menu. Tiger pizza with crisped American cheese, burgers, salads and much more. They have a nice outdoor seating area and a cozy interior. My salad and my chicken spiedies was not fancy but very tasty. The drinks were cold and the tv's were plenty. read more

going to Stu's for Taco Tuesdays. it is annoying when a web site doesn't point out they have a special's night. COVID has killed the bar scene. Binghamton had the greatest wing special's before the China Flu screwed us with that. It makes me laugh how the businesses treat customer's as chattle now. Like we shouldn't expect good cold beer when we go out. I am coming back with my review of the tacos later tomorrow. I had never heard of Stu's until I was invited to a party. The place was hopping! The servers were excellent; the crowd was friendly. Some people were playing cards at tables in the back. Our host ordered pizzas and salad for us. I've been in the Triple Cities for 40 years now having come from Long Island. I've always been searching for a good New York Style thin-crust pizza in this area. I've come across some over the years but consistency seemed to be an issue. Let me tell you---I couldn't believe how good Stu's pizza was! So much so that I ordered one to go recently while coming from the airport in Elmira. My husband went in to pick it up and was surprised at all the people there on a Wednesday night. He too loved the pizza. Parking may be an issue. They have a parking lot but we ended up having to park on the street a block away. I've been told that their hamburgers are very good. We will have to try them as well. Who would think that a neighborhood bar would have such good pizza and food? Maybe you would like to give Stu's a try! read more

Don't let the outside of the building throw you off. Stu's is an excellent place to eat among the many bar food establishments of Broome County. They have very clearly made remodels that make it feel cozy and welcoming in there and it's full of people who know each other and are there to have a good time. The signature burger was excellent and the fries are perfectly crispy. The wings were too, but a little lacking on flavor. If you have any COVID anxiety, this is probably not the spot for you depending on when you go, because it's a moderately sized place that is pretty busy on the weekends. Heard all about how new and good the food was so I called for takeout was put on hold and then disconnected after 10 plus minute hold. So I went down to order at the bar to order and wasn't waited on so I left, the food is probably food but unfortunatly you get one chance to make a first impression. Bar has re-opened with new owners! Totally revamped the inside and remodeled the kitchen and made a great menu. Great burgers and cheesesteaks! Good prices and great selection. Several different kinds of wings besides the standards. The Spicy Bourbon Molasses wings are amazing - Just the right kick with some sticky sweet at the end. Some fun appetizers too - something called the Really great new owners. They pretty much ripped up the place and rebuilt but kept the charm. Clean friendly bar with great food. Nice beer selection too - from the standards to some local craft beers. Diverse liquor section too. One a the few bars in the north that have a few kinds of rum to pick from. UPDATE (6-2016) Downgrading to three stars. They recently got rid of all their taps, so now you only get beers in cans or bottles. Not convenient when visiting with friends and seeking pitchers of beer. Otherwise, still a great little bar. ORIGINAL REVIEW This is a nice neighborhood bar. FAR superior to its neighbor, "Kellys". I am a craft beer lover, and craft beers here are pretty much unknown. Nevertheless, everything else about this place is great, and this would be a five star review if they had better beer. BEER: Yuengling Black-and-Tan is the best choice. Pitchers are pretty cheap ($9) which is nice. FOOD: Outstanding. Great prices and tasty food of all sorts. The Speidies are wonderful (they win the Speidie Fest competition most years). Always seem to have a very affordable special. The menu changes daily based on what is available. SERVICE: Each time we've been there, the service had been outstanding. VERY friendly and helpful bartenders and servers truly appreciate your business and show it with rapid and polite service. ATMOSPHERE: This is the well-loved but humble neighborhood watering hole. They recently updated their lighting throughout and changed the somewhat dark interior with a perfect splattering of new light fixtures, mostly along the perimeter of the room. Very pleasant. I was there on Fri, back home 1st time in several years. This place is a GEM, AMAZING. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is Beautiful. The people are warm and friendly the food was amazing! I'm almost afraid to say this but the chicken spiedies were better than Lupos because at Stu's they use the Italian bread. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Wish I still lived in Endicott so I could visit often. read more

the spiedies here are amazing. best i've ever had. the marinade was so flavorful and the meat was really tender and moist, and the price can't be beat! 6" spiedie sandwich and fries for only $5! i got some wings too. they were good but they were on the smaller side, which is a bummer because they are $9 a dozen. can't really blame them though, wing prices have been going up for a while (thanks a lot, Obama). the fries were good, nothing amazing but far from bad. i'd like to try their other menu items sometime. this place is a little out of the way for me but i'll definitely go here more often for food. the bar has been renovated a little bit lately so it's nicer in there but still not really a crowd i'd like to drink with. definitely worth going out of the way for the spiedies though, try it!! read more
