The service is always good here! The waitresses always take their time and listen to what you need and take care of you! My self and my family recently went here to eat and we have been here several times before and we loved it. Well this time we went my son had a eye procedure done and his vision was not 100%. I was in a group of six friends and we decided to hit Kelly's for their wing night. Our usual Tuesday wing hangout is a long drive, so Kelly's won for convenience alone. I've been here many times before, and the food never disappoints. The wings were better than expected, with a succulent juiciness our usual wing bar can't match. Even the bleu cheese was properly tasty, with the right amount of lumps. As for service, that was another story. A beer that one of us ordered was forgotten, but left on the tab. A minor issue. When we asked about splitting the checks, we were confronted with a rude attitude, with the waitress walking away stating she only splits four checks max, despite the menu saying eight. Our group is not in a position to pay for each others bills, so we required separate checks. Upon approaching the register, the waitress (who is apparently the assistant manager, somehow) loudly and rudely announced to the whole bar that they would have to wait for their beers while she split our checks, not making eye contact, acting outwardly aggravated towards us for inconveniencing her. Overall, I'm forced to give this place one star just because it's the most terrible service I've ever experienced at an eating establishment. I don't know how Kelly's is still in business with an assistant manager that has no clue how to properly treat customers. One star is harsh for a place with decent food, but we were all treated poorly, and that's inexcusable. This lone employee just lost Kelly's six customers that are local to the area, for a very long time. read more

UPDATE REVIEW 6/2015: I've been back to Kelly's after about a year, and based on some changes will update them to three stars. They have more and friendlier waitresses than in the past. Also, the food (I had a chicken wrap) was very tasty. Seems like they walls were painted as well, brightening up the place. The beer list is a little more creative as well. Maybe six or seven drafts above the regular swill. The men's room is still a joke, and on hot summer nights the whole bar can get a little warm. They are moving in the right direction. OLD REVIEW: OK, but inconsistent. BEER: They have just a couple typical craft beers on tap. FOOD: Sometimes good, sometime bad. Seems like different kitchen cooks have different method and ingredients for many of the menu items. SERVICE: Spotty. They frequently under-staff, and on busy nights getting regular service can be hard. Most waitresses are friendly, but some get pretty moody when under pressure. ATMOSPHERE: Average bar, getting a little run down. Lots of TV's which is nice. The men's rooms is too narrow (bumping into a dude at a urinal to get to the next one is not optimal) and is not air conditioned or vented. In the summer, it's at least 100 degrees in there. OVERALL: They could do better, starting with proper staffing. Would not go out of my way to go there. read more

Kelly's is an interesting place. It looks like a typical sports bar. They serve wings and mozzarella sticks and all the typical sports bar fare. They have reasonably priced drinks. So they've got that going for them. It's also the only place around for the local drunks to go. They're open late, unlike some places and the same people always seem to be there. Even on random weekdays. It truly looks like the local hangout for the younger alcoholics in Endicott. Nothing fantastic, but open late. read more

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness. I walked around, the place is big! 2 large bars, pool tables, fuss-ball tables, darts, and the decor is tasteful! Wow, the bathroom is also roomy and clean! I ordered the grilled veggie sandwich...well, I prefer the veggies al-dente-they were not. Vin ordered the T-bone steak sandwich-said it was very good after he cut off the fat. ( he's very hard to please!) Be specific in ordering the sides or full orders.....u may not be asked. The food: The pizza is a classic round - not to thin - not to thick, always done right. The wings are some of the best around with a good hot sauce, that isn't too hot. A lot of friends say the garlic are great. They do serve half dozens and will do drums only. The drinks: It's a bar... all the standard stuff... There is parking enough on the one street and a huge parking lot less than a block away. They can accomodate a lot of people and the place can get busy, but it is a nice place to grab some bar food and have a drink. read more

Great Irish pub with a huge menu. Many kinds of wings besides the standard. My fav is combining their Carolina Bar-B-Q and their Buffalo Hot. Great with curly fries to dip in the extra pile of sauce. They have a nice hand tossed pizza and some fun appetizers. Great cheese steak too. Best Reuben in the area if you're into that. Weekend nights it gets a good crowd and often a DJ. Not always easy to get a spot to eat once it gets real busy on the weekend nights, but they have take-out if you don't want the crowd. read more

Service: Visited Saturday night the bar was far from being packed. After sitting down at the backside of the back bar we placed our order. The table was sticky and had not been wiped down so I got up and ask a dark haired girl behind the back bar if she had something to clean it with. She came and cleaned half the table never smiling. After our order had come the service was no good. We were sitting between the two bars and I had to get up and ask for another drink for my daughter. Maybe if the bartenders weren't joking around and talking to what I guess to be regulars they might pay more attention to others. Or maybe if the dark haired girl wasn't texting or sulking behind the bar. The manager/owner not sure which was having a beer not really paying to much attention to what they were doing other than he commented on how the one bartender should not scoop ice out with the glass that he is going to be serving the customer from the ice bin telling him that it was a rookie move. Food: The wings my daughter and I ordered were very good. Coming back: Probably not was not impressed with the overall work ethic of the employees. read more

The food and service is terrible, just terrible. The girl looked like she didn't even want to be there. She stood at the bar texting and when she had to put her phone down you could hear it vibrate across the restaurant. She would then run over to check it before taking her tickets to the kitchen or checking on any customers. It was very hard to get her attention. We used to go to dinner here at least once a month or more but now we refuse to go. Our food is always forgotten and it's just gross. I ordered a spiedie sandwich with cheese and it came without cheese. i asked the waitress if she could have the cooks put cheese on it and when it came back to me there was a cold piece of deli cheese thrown on top with part of the wrapper stuck to it. The cheese wasn't even melted. And by the time I got my food the spiedies were charred. Haven't been back won't go back. read more

As an avid lover of the horror movie genre, I was really looking forward to the new film Kelly's bar came out with recently: "Dawne of The Dead". As a movie critic I always like to start with the good news first, then slowly run through the list of bad. Unfortunately with this movie, the good part only runs for about 10 minutes out of a long, dreary 2 hour run. Thankfully, this was the food scene. The one dozen order of buffalo wings came out in a timely manner and was drizzled in succulent hot sauce with a light shower of minced garlic. There were crisp, fresh celery sticks included while accompanied by a very delicious bleu cheese that left a thick, exquisite aftertaste. Mind you, this was the only good thing. While the group of 6 friends were enjoying their meals, the waitress/"assistant manager" took no haste in tending to the needs of her customers. When she finally showed up to the table after the food was ingested(around the 1 hour 15 mark), she was asked with the simple question "Can you please split the check?". This simple question garnered further complication to her well-being. She abruptly started to walk away while telling us she can't split the check with this many people. This raised eyebrows amongst the friends as this had never happened to them before at very similar bars. While looking through the menu they found a line of small print at the bottom of the last page stating "We do not split checks with groups of 8 or more". Hmm, well thats weird considering the group of friends was only six; four of which were couples meaning there was really only four checks that needed to be created. As the group sat and wait with what seemed like hours had passed, the waitress finally showed up with the bill to immediately throw it on the table and walk away. This especially didn't sit well with anyone at the table with her knowing full well we wanted to split the check. At this point in the movie, we're at full climax. The group knew it was now or never to act. As the group confronts the waitress at the cash register, she is still reluctant to split the checks. With enough persuasion, she finally breaks and says she'll do it with a very upbeat, rude attitude. To add to this completely unwarranted attitude, a drunk bystander asks the woman a question with multiple others surrounding him and her response is "I'm sorry I can't help you right now, I'm too busy splitting these checks up". At this point she's made it a no-brainer not to tip her. I feel like Kelly's fell very short with this one. All in all, I wish I could have my 2 hours back. Take my advice and spend that 2 hours on something worthwhile. read more

I hit this place every time I'm in town (from Hawaii) and this has been my favorite place to go here. Food is always good, beer is cold and the staff are always friendly, especially when they find out you are from Hawaii. Ordered 2 pizzas for family member with friends over, pizza not up to par, no one wanted to eat past a couple bites of pizza, sauce was peppery, thick, didn't taste good. Called to let cooks know the pizzas were not eaten, no compensation offered. So two pizzas discarded, and 5 less people wanting to order again from Kelly's. Have eaten in before, but the service takes forever and isn't always that friendly. Just awkward silence on phone. read more
