The staff at that time spent many hours with us to configure a system and to explain the products needed and the prices of each item. We had bought a Samsung Series 8+, Definitive Technology rear speakers, a DT center speaker, a Surfire subwoofer, and a Denon AVR Theatre Surround Receiver. We scheduled a instillation and the crew came over a few weeks later and installed everything to perfection. They set up the system took the specific readings for the speaker layout and set it up and trained us so it was a fun and exciting process. Fast forward 10 years and I decided to upgrade my front speakers that I had bought in 1989 and start shopping around for a new pair. I settled on the Bowers and Wilkins 704 S2. So now I got the bug to start playing vinyl again and went back to "Dave" to look for a turntable. Dave Lane personally helped me decide which turntable would be suitable for my system and showed me the Rega line. I did not want to break the bank for a turntable and after listening to the p2 I decided it would work just fine for my listening needs. I was advised that it would require a pre-amp, (not too expensive) to be able to use with my Denon AVR receiver. Dave went over how to install it, very simple, and set the tone arm to the correct weight and anti skate setting. So now I was not done I enjoyed the experience and service of Dave and had a good connection with him, (we are both the same age and business owners), that I did bite the bullet and purchased a new NAD AV Surround Amplifier to replace my original Denon which by the way still works beautifully. The New NAD is a magnificent product, although expensive upfront, it will bring years of listening pleasure and enjoyment to our family. It puts a smile on my face every time I see and use it. There were some issues with getting it set up but Dave personally came over after work and spent a fair amount of time helping to get it set up correctly. I can not say enough about Dave and his crew. His expertise and products are top notch and can manage to fit entry level components to state of the art under one roof. I highly recommend Dave's Digital. You will be treated right and they we listen to your needs and offer suggestions with sales and service and make sure you are totally satisfied.

If payment is not made as agreed, Seller can remove said equipment and materials at the Seller's expense. Any damage resulting from said removal shall not be the responsibility of the seller. This paragraph in the contact were not agreeable to me. Imagine a plumber or election coming back into your home and ripping out the pipe or electrical wires if there is a Job problem and payment is being with held until fixed. I don't trust this company. My take away is that the have too many unsatisfying customers that did not pay due to unsatisfactory work. My personal conjecture.

The owners name is Bob and he will make sure you're taken care of. Anything from a small system to dock your iPhone to, or a giant system for your great room, Bob will get it for you. I'm pretty sure this is the only true hi fi shop left in the greater Rochester area. I'd recommend calling Bob and making an appointment. That way you can have one on one time with him without having to deal with other people in the shop. Really disappointed. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Heritage in 2010. Vince was such a…read morepleasure to work with that I returned to purchase the matching band shortly after. We were told that since we purchased the rings there that they were under warranty as long as we had them cleaned and inspected every 6 months, but were never given any paperwork on this warranty (I guess this is where we went wrong). We have been getting the cleanings and inspections as we were advised to do and no one has asked us for warranty paperwork. We had the rings resized and soldered together in July of 2016. A small diamond in the setting fell out so we brought the ring in for repair in early January 2017. We were told that we needed to bring something in showing that the ring was cleaned and inspected in the last 6 months. So, we brought in our receipt from the resizing and soldering. Tim told us that this was not the correct paperwork and that we should have a pamphlet where they sign each time the ring is cleaned and inspected. I asked if I could have the pamphlet to get signed for future cleanings to make sure there is no issue on the future and Tim just kept saying that our ring isn't warrantied. At the end of our discussion we were given the ring and not charged for the service of replacing the stone and Tim said he would look into putting the warranty paperwork together and we could return a week later to pick it up. A week later I stopped by the store to see if the paperwork was ready and I was told Tim was on vacation for the week and the paperwork was not prepared for me (I'm guessing he probably knew he would be on vacation all week when he told me to pick up the paperwork this week). I was annoyed, but I was patient and just called the following week. When I spoke with Tim on the phone he told me that he would not be giving me the paperwork. He also explained that they warranty their rings now, but didn't do that at the time I purchased the ring. This whole experience left me feeling quite perturbed that I had been jerked around by Tim for a couple weeks. I was also disappointed to find that the warranty that I thought I was purchasing along with my ring by going to a local jeweler was non existent. I raved about Heritage since the day I bought my wife's engagement ring. This will no longer be the case for this jewelry store that doesn't plan to take care of an old customer in the future.

The place is set back in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The store is small but cute. They have a handful of counters with jewelry. I have a Tiffany's bracelet that was engraved over a decade ago that had faded. The nice lady help me decided on the font of the bracelet. I also have a Tiffany's necklace I wanted to have a pawprint engraved. Unfortunately they can only do letters and numbers when engraving. She did show me that I can get jewelry etched on in. In the end I decided on a singular letter for the necklace. The pieces I brought in were small and dainty. I was called a week later when it was all done. The pieces came out beautifully. I am so happy with the results. It was only $15, so affordable. I highly recommend Trilliant Jewelers.
