Also felt very safe as they buzz you in the front door and have plexiglass on top of all their display cases (Covid precautions). Once again, I didn't buy any jewelry from them. But I had them polish my platinum wedding band for an upcoming reception / photoshoot. The lady was friendly and told me the price upfront $10.80. She charged me $10 and it took them 5 minutes to make the ring shiny and appear new again. I know polishing platinum is prolly not a good thing repeatedly, but I plan on doing it just this one time. Anyways, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Kim Dao for all your jewelry needs.

I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us".
