He was very flexible with working with my crazy schedule. He is probably the easiest, friendliest and personable. I had him give me a hair cut and color my roots and add to my highlights. No complaints! Grey hair is gone for now. The shop is really cute, the owner used to be a photographer( I believe she is still doing it part time.). The shop also is a boutique, also tanning booths and does nails. From the outside you wouldn't expect it. This is certainly a place I would recommend to anyone.

It could use some renovation but respect wanting to keep prices as they are and keeping that a priority. I bought a package of 20 sessions. I typically use them to start my tan before trips or when it is tan season. I was so excited to start my tan yesterday. The front desk lady then asked if I wanted to buy a package. I was extremely confused because I know I did not use my 20 sessions. The lady proceeds to let me know they have expired. I had six tanning sessions left. I was NEVER told they expired. There is no way I would throw away money or my six sessions like that. She said there's nothing they can do about it repeatedly. She also checked who sold me the sessions, and lets me know she doesn't work with them anymore. I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager. I was told the manager/supervisor would give me a call because they can't give her number out. She again said there's nothing we can do anyways. I have not heard from anyone. Again, I was not told they expired and lost 30% of my purchase. This is not okay.
