The second night we requested a later pick up time at the last minute and they were accommodating. We were a big group both nights and were somewhat loud in the van, yet the driver was very respectful and considerate. Also, a phone was left in the van by one of the people in our group and Brenda was more than helpful in contacting the driver and getting the phone back to us in NYC. She went above and beyond in this request and was answering texts to help with this all day on a Sunday. We've used Maple City two years in a row and overall they are excellent. We will continue to use them for transportation every year we go back to the Honesdale area.

I decided to go with Uber instead and called back to cancel out of respect and I was yelled at again and was reprimanded for waiting so long to call and cancel. I told them that the store closed at 11:00pm and it was 10:33. I called before 10:00pm. Then I asked for an estimated cost and they said they don't know, they run on meter. Yeah right! They could have given me an estimate. I took Uber and the app showed me the total cost. And, my ride was comfortable and I was treated with the upmost respect. They are so rude and disrespectful. That's why rideshare companies are taking over taxi companies. Reliable Taxi's service is HORRIBLE. I am a customer paying you my hard earned money, I deserve respect!!!
